This is an inexpensive hotel that delivers value for money. I've spent more in NYC and had smaller rooms. I was really surprised by how spacious the room was. There were two FREE laundry machines on the third floor AND free washing machine liquid. There's a small fitness room and on the 27th floor a coffee bar with a nice machine and outdoor and indoor seating. The staff were all super friendly without exception. Eco friendly too. It isn't five star but you are paying two star prices for a clean and safe and hospitable environment. I will happily stay here next time I'm in NY.
