My mom and I stayed 4 nights at The Gallivant during our stay in NYC. The location was perfect! It is a block away from the action on Time Square and a short 15 minute walk to Central Park ( a MUST see!). The elevators at the time of our visit were a little slower than desired but the hotel was actively working on getting them fixed and running efficiently. HUGE shout out to the hotel manager Jose Flores who went above and beyond to help my mom with her luggage when the elevators were slow. Suny, the lovely soul who works at the front desk, well, I would have put her in my pocket and taken her home with me. She is an absolute gem!! Very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. She made our trip even more special. Thank you ❤️
