I arrived at the hotel on the 20th of July, upon arrival the lobby and the front of the hotel was moderately busy for the doorman and assistance was not given, but had to be asked for. Even after being asked, the service wasn’t very pleasant, nor was it welcoming. This type of service continued for a couple more days Until, contact was made with doorman, Timothy Chancy! Let me make myself clear, as I am not just favoring Mr. Timothy Chancy, as I have stayed in a few hotels during my time here in New York, right along Central Park. I have experienced Extremely Exceptional Service to those that gave little to no service at all, and made me wonder why they even worked in their profession to begin with. Doorman, Timothy Chancy from first contact went above and beyond with a smile and with Excellence! From assisting with the door, to answering questions, and even helping with things he could have Easily directed for others to assist with! But was always eager to provide his help and to find a solution, all with a Smile and a Great Attitude! He reminded me of an old saying, whoever you encounter treat them with the same love and friendliness you would like your grandmother to experience!! Mr. Chancy you definitely did just that and then some!! I would definitely entrust the care of my loved ones and friends to you!! Thank You, for YOUR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!
