Extremely rude Hispanic lady with black hair. Disgusting attitude as soon as I arrived. I was cordial and respectful she was miserable. The AC doesn’t blow cool air. The room reeked of mold/mildew. The lighting was sad, so dark. There were stains on the door. Paper towel to cover the peep hole. So ghetto! I highly DO NOT recommend until the receptionist learns how to speak to people the right way. She rushed me when I asked to switch rooms. Horrible!

The Men That Work Here Are Rude,Perverts, homophobic and racist No Lie its loud the AREA is dangerous the rooms are small shower is small the maidd hardly clean the rooms the staff is not friendly they will take your money and Rip You Off STay AWaY

NOT A GOOD PLACE

My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to spend the night at this motel. Patel at the front desk checked us in and was very accommodating & friendly. The property is closed to the LIRR & 7. The location of the property on queens Blvd is centrally located. Im grateful for the staff and services I experienced during my visit. Thank you.

Staycation 

Stayed at this hotel because all flights to my destination from NY Laguardia Airport were cancelled until the next morning and no chain hotel had space available without going into Manhattan.  The first thing to greet you is a plexiglass wall between you and the desk attendant.  There is a sign that "short stays cannot extend overnight" which suggests that this is not a place for children.  The air conditioner reeked of mildew and so did the carpet, bedding, etc.  The toilet paper holder was broken and not fixed.  This is a former Howard Johnson's and since it stopped being part of the chain, it no longer meets franchise standards.  Little lighting in the room, few electric outlets.  Desk chair was dirty, not comfortable.  One good thing was secure internet.  The mildew smell  was overpowering.  Terrific road noise outside on Queens Boulevard, including frequent police sirens.  Don't expect to sleep.  Given the choice now, I'd have stayed at the airport and tried to sleep in a chair by the gate.  Consider this place only if it is the last place in town.

Spend the night at the airport instead

Don't waste $110 for bum service... Faulty televisions and small rooms.... Service men and women have no manners and visitors aren't allowed... I'd rather stay in central bookings
... Receptionist hasn't any manners... No bkfst complimentary or fresh coffee... No food or other guest services.... Just a really bad place to stay... Or spend your money 

HORRIBLE

Rude lady on reception....one lady was nice and the other one really rude!
The room was so unclean, disgusting.
The towels were like rags....yuk!!

After a day out we returned to hotel at 8pm and the lobby stank of marijuana.

OMG the cleaning staff at night making so much noise....woke me up at 10pm, my partner opened the door and he apologized. THEN we got woken up again at 12.30am by them...CRAZY!!

Car parking is not secure.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this hotel!!

Terrible!!!!

My story is a hectic one. We decided to move close to Queens area for last two days of our NY trip because our flight was from LGA early in the morning.

When we entered the hotel an Indian guy at reception received us, as I had already booked a hotel room, I checked-in. When I reached the room, I was shocked to see the room. It was not only small, it had dirty curtains and there was bloody red thing on it. Worst part was that curtains were on top of AC, so when I switched on the AC, those dirty green curtain were flying all over the place. The room was stinky as well. In just 10 minutes I went down and asked the manager for refund, which is refused, and offered me to show other rooms.

I checked two-three rooms but all were about the same size; I requested again for refund but he refused again. We checked in at around 10pm, even then the guy was refusing the refund, and I was forcing for it because I paid him for two nights. 

While we were having all this discussion with the guy, we also noticed a guy coming in with a girl and gave the manager money for 4 hours booking... then we realised that it was actually a brothel too and the money was probably going directly into the manager's pocket without owners knowing it.

Finally, as we were too tired,we decided to spend the night there and leave early in the morning. But when I went into the room and started the AC, the curtains started flying all over the place; I used hangers to keep them bound to the wall (see photo). We discovered that the blankets were also stinky and it started itching when I tried to sleep (see photo). I was furious again; I called Bookingcom helpline to complain; after some 20 minutes of talking, they only helped us get the refund for the second night but for the current night, manager simply refused. Somehow we spent the night, booked a hotel online in Manhattan and moved there early in the morning.

This is not a hotel, it is a brothel; do NOT bother going there... THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE STAYED IN ANY PLACE IN THE WORLD... Trust me this is the best advice I've given to anyone in ages.

After a few days, when I was in Denver, I got an email from Bookingcom, and they told me that owner has agreed to refund my second night as well. I stayed there in late May, and it is 12 July now, and some 30 email conversations and 40 days later I am still waiting for that refund.
