Great little place.  Downtown Claremont fun and I actually will stay here to go skiing but that’s a secret. Don’t share that information lol beds are new and comfy.

Second time staying here. The area is quiet, the place is well maintained, and the staff are very nice and helpfull. This is my go to place when i’m visiting okemo mountain

Cleanest place you will ever get for the price. The worker/maybe owner let us in after hours. Usually these little places are dumps. They did a good job going through, updating and keeping it clean. Clean as or if not cleaner than a regular hotel

This was a last minute booking.  There wasn't a huge selection in Claremont.  The property was dated but everything was neat, clean and tidy.  It was out of town and in a residential neighborhood.  It was a quiet location. It was good for a night and for what I needed but I wouldn't search out to stay there again.  The front desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean and in a safe location.

Very clean facilities.  Owner is very pleasant and helpful.  Current owners have owned it a couple of years.  It is in an out of the way location - we weren't quite sure on the location when we first located it and drove in.  However, we were pleasantly surprised.  It was quiet and out of the way, but not inconvenient at all.  Bedding was comfortable, nice towels, plenty of hot water. Bed was very firm. We had everything we needed - air conditioning, heat (didn't use the heat), microwave, fridge, coffee, etc. Perfect for what we needed.  We would stay here again if in the area.  Only complaint is the $100 jump in price for each of the 2 nights we stayed compared to if we booked it again today.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

This is an older motel that has been spruced up in the room, but not completely remodeled.Nice Luxury Vinyl Plank floor.  Porcelain tile in the bathroom.  Decent tub.  Nice shower head.The room was a little bit small, but sufficient for one night.  The room was clean.  There was no continental breakfast (which is consistent with the website) but there were granola bars and sodas in the office, so you could get something to eat if you wished.The room pictured in the website had been more thoroughly renovated than the room I received.The aesthetics were not as good as I wanted, but the room was sufficient, and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the neighborhood.

Liked the refrigerator and microwave in room.  Lighting for reading in bed excellent.  Convenient drive to groceries. Very clean and quiet.  Thanks for including decaf coffee option in room. A/C worked well but very loud. Only very small table for eating (no chairs - had to sit on sofa). Area around hotel not great for strolling around.

I needed a room for one night during high season and I picked this as an alternative to the pricey chain hotels and Inns in Vermont.  It's an older property and may need some paint and some upgrades, but the important things were done right.  The room was clean, there were no weird smells, the staff was friendly and the bed was in good shape.  That's all I needed and this place did the trick.
