Fantastic Friday , Stayed  August 2016,

Low budget, YES. But if you don't need much you can't beat the price. Run down, but comfortable bed, good hot water, NO bugs. Nothing else here to write about. We came for golf so we didn't need a pool or restaurant.

a bit of a dive, but......

thought I'd seen it all!!! My husband and I were traveling cross country for work and needed a place to shut our eyes for a few hours. We were tired and grateful for the room since there was the EDC festival going on in Vegas and everything within a 100 mile circumference was booked solid. We knew it was a dive but weren't going to complain but this horrible mean lying crook of an owner kept our key deposit for the stupidest reason. I spilled a little water on the bed accidentally. I heard once that motels don't wash the top comforter and it's always grossed me out. Anyway, I put the blanket on the floor out of the way. The bed had a mattress cover on it as well as a storage mattress bag. The type of bag made of a thick hard paper mesh type material and it was like sleeping on paper, we took that off but kept on the mattress pad. Fast forward through the night with bad air conditioning, through the toilet that couldn't flush, the holes in the wall, the shower that had no pressure, the dried god knows what on the walls and the carpet I wouldn't let my dog use, to the next morning. My husband and I clean the room, throwing all trash in one garbage, wiping the bathroom down and all the counters and table. I go to get my key deposit back and I hand her the key... she says she has to go check the room, no problem, right? WRONG!!!! She walks in and after seeing the blanket on the floor, she starts to scream... I mean yell so loud that other guests who live there come to see whats going on. She informed me that since she now had to wash the blanket that she was keeping my key deposit... I told her she should be washing the bedding after every guest and that that was gross. She kept freaking out over having to wash the blanket because she only washes them every 4 or 5 guests!!!! The live in guests came and told me I was causing a disturbance... by that time I'm done. I'm not even mad because the whole thing was almost comical.. that was the most expensive dive I've ever stayed at.. It was an act she got quite good at to keep the deposit. The one star is because she came to the window and gave us a room in the middle of the night.

CROOKED OWNERS

was there for about ten minutes, sheets were covered with cockroaches and there were maggots crawling up the walls. no refunds, so please do not waste your money on this place ! $140 down the drain :)
