The hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had no windows, I'm guessing because we were on a lower floor, but that didn't bother us.As with a lot of hotels in the US, it is quite noisy in the room. We were opposite the lifts (elevators!) and heard all the conversations of everyone all night (very clearly!) and the dings as the lift arrived - so wasn't the best nights sleep.A lot of hotels in the US seem to be like this and have poor noise isolation in the rooms, but hoped a nicer hotel would have been a little quieter in the bedrooms. The lifts seem to take ages to arrive despite there being quite a few, but it is a busy hotel.Breakfast was tasty as well, the only (minor) issue being we had prepaid for it on here and it was a little confusing what we were meant to do. Turns out we had to charge it to our room and then they would deduct is at checkout up to a certain value - slightly odd way of doing it and don't think it mentioned that anywhere on hotels.comWould stay again if we could request a room in a quieter location.
