Clean simple. The only down side was water temp was too low

Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. Other than that it was a great property.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. Its within walking distance to the Ford Center which was perfect fpr our stay.

Loved our stay, the employees are friendly,  knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Waited quite some time at the front desk for someone to show up to  check me in when they finally did arrive there was no apology for the wait and was not very friendly. When I checked out, I requested a receipt. The person told me that because I booked through Hotels.com I would have to get a receipt from them. I have always gotten a receipt from the person at the desk and I am still waiting for a receipt for my stay. The  toilet paper had not been replenished but housekeeping in the hallway provided a roll Otherwise the hotel is very neat and clean. Nice location.

Best part of the stay by far was the service. The guy at the counter (sorry I didn’t catch your name. Bald white dude in his 30s in case management wants to give him a high five) was incredibly nice and helpful. This was my first time in the Boise area and he helped me make a full day itinerary of stuff for me and my buddy to check out. Really great experience because of him!

The room was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. It had so many amenities for an affordable price. It's one of the only hotels that accepts both cats and dogs. Perfect for a family trip. It has a stove top and a full-sized refrigerator! It does not have any utensils or pots and pans but it's right across the street from Walmart so you can get anything you need. The only thing I wish it had was a pool

Very clean comfortable stay

I am a paraplegic and stayed in a wheelchair room.  Room was very nice, except for the bed. It was very comfortable, but it sits so high off the floor, that it was a very difficult lift to get my fanny from my wheelchair into the bed.  This is my ONLY issue I had a problem with,  but I made it and it was a comfortable and quiet stay.

Super friendly, helpful staff. Nice, large rooms. I particularly liked the recliner. Too often I end up either sitting on the bed or in a straight back desk chair. The recliner was s super addition making the stay comfortable. Great kitchenette area for those staying more than one night. Very clean. Very quiet.

My Place succeeds where other suites fail!  Most notably, a regular-sized, usable trash can in the kitchen area of the room.  I can't tell you how tired I am of hotels that offer livable suites with kitchenettes, and yet have a single trash can the size of a lunchbox in the room.Everything was immaculate.  Nice spacious shower, well-stocked, full-size fridge!

This was my first stay at a “My Place” hotel.  It was the least expensive option for a same-day reservation.  I was blown away by the accommodations.  My room was exceptionally clean and well appointed.  Although I did not get a chance to use the features, having a stove, microwave, and full fridge/freezer was an excellent surprise.  The bed and pillows were very comfortable.  Great experience.  Highly recommended.
