I always shop cheap, and I found this room on Expedia. I was apprehensive but, after all, I did choose the cheapest available room. The motel harkens back to 1951. A small room with two queen size beds there was room for no more than the beds and a night stand. The bathroom was predictably tiny, but it has a deep tub good for a soak.Stiil one would expect this to be a flophouse, but it was not! Checking in, we were told that 515 Irish exchange students (girls) had spent the summer there. The room was freshly painted, the bed was new and comfortable, the linens fresh, all vacuumed and dusted spic and span.Best of all, I drank my coffee early in the morning on my stoop and watched the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean! For the 61.00 that I paid, no complaints here!
