Very unique experience. We stayed in a bigger tent with The bathroom and shower which made a nice difference. We did get cold one night but that was because of our poor fire building skills. What stood out so much here was the customer service. Every single person there helped us any way they could. Volunteered to do things, brought us needed things even when it was late, helped with luggage. I mean they went above and beyond what you would expect and never seemed annoyed. Always smiling and happen. One lady especially, her name was Deborah, did so much for us. Even came to help with the fire.

It was a great experience! Very relaxing and fun (and DELICIOUS food…especially the steel cut oats for breakfast!). A great and accommodating staff too. We highly recommend for your “glamping” experience!

Relaxing & Fun

The staff are great. The property maintained well but they need to resolve a few items to consider this Clamping. There is a level 2 fire ban which means you have no heat as the stoves can not be lit. Sorry 40 and 50 degrees is tough for $500 a night. The water is not mixed meaning only hot in the room and a walk of 10 mins to fill your thermas. they will pick you up in  Cute golf cart and Chuck is mice. Too cold if not heat backup so we will unfortunately not return.

We love everything about it and Chuck is the best.

We were looking forward to a “glamping” experience. The staff was friendly and the tents were clean and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable. Unfortunately the tents had no heating and it was very cold -40 degrees. Even though the tents are equipped with wood burning stoves, we were under a fire restriction and could mot use them. There were no other heating alternatives provided e.g. propane heaters. This made bathing and getting packed up very uncomfortable. We left several hours early to escape the cold. We paid almost $500 night and expected better.

Unique lodging but too cold!

This place is extremely expensive for the quality and service you would expect.  The accommodations are very interesting but you have to be prepared that you will not have your room cleaned or towels replaced unless you make a request which is all done via text with slow response times.  We did not get to park by our tent which left a long walk on the dark at times.  Some tents have parking next to them so highly recommend making that request in advance.  The food at the cafe is ridiculously expensive for what you get.

Just Okay Experience

This property had no view.  We stayed in Zion location, and hands down much more of an experience.  I would not recommend this location to anyone.  Soooo dusty, no view.  Run well, but not a memorable experience.

A bitter disappointment...
We were waiting for that glamping imagining us sleeping in the nature.
For sure, we slept in a tent but so close to the railway track and the road that it was noisy all the time. Ear plugs are even offered... a joke... 
I would recommend not to stay here and try another Under Canvas in another destination for a true experience. 

A bitter disappointment....

Under Canvas is the simply best for enjoying the elements of nature but with the ease of providing upscale camping accommodations (love the beds), delicious food & creating an amazing vibe for people to enjoy each other!   We booked our river float tour onsite and couldn't be happier with the vendor, a family owned operation with charming tour hosts.  

From the yoga in nature to the evening music & complementary smore kits, our family had the best time and met awesome people.  Watching our 3 year   dance with other kiddos after a long day made our hearts happy as we discussed our days events and received valuable tips for our next day adventure with strangers who became friends.  

We also love the close access to the most beautiful National Parks.  Under Canvas elevates our vacation by creating a richer experience during these types of adventures and is our go-to for accommodations.
