Very quiet in late October, but the grounds were lovely.  Girls in the office are the best.  Easily arranged for us to spend an additional night in the same spot.  They have a great dog park and horseshoe area by the creek.  


Great place to stay! Facilities are newer, nice and clean every day. Really nice park for kiddos to play and beautiful, well-established shade trees. It’s in a convenient spot to both hit the trails and the little city. We will definitely stay here again.

I'm giving this 5 starts based on what it is.  Yes, it is not quiet because of location near the main road, I know, lots of kids, bordering on loud, the sites are close together.  But all that being said, this gets 5 stars for being great at what they are.  

Bathrooms very clean, large, multiple locations.  Well stocked store with gas pumps.  I used on site laundry mat twice, it was great.  I tent camped in G-2.  Had great cell service and tree coverage on my site.  

Pool was clean and nice.  Lots of kids of course, but, it's a pool.   

Staff was very nice and helpful.  I would stay here again when I return to Moab.  Location can't be beat, right near everything.

Location: Being at the far end of the city that you can reach everywhere with a 10min drive or walk makes keeps traffic concerns from causing delays.
Amenities: Gas Station with convenience store in front, pool, laundry, showers, pavilion and outdoor games, 
Cleanliness: Dumpster is away from lots and emptied so no smell or mess. Laundry was also clean. Didn't use the showers so can't comment there. 
Staff: Polite and efficient. They sent someone over to help get our cable up and running. Professional, friendly and nice to speak to.

Edit:  The regional manager reached out to me after hearing that there was some miscommunication around the electrical hook ups at the cabins. We discussed the situation and they are updating their website and booking process to make things more clear. She also generously compensated me for any inconvenience that I had.  I am amending my review to reflect the good customer service experience.

The cabins were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and felt safe. Perfectly suitable for what we wanted.

Generally a 5 Star Resort type of girl, this was our first RV experience due to Covid so we ventured out RV style! This was my absolute first park experience and I had the lowest of expectations and pictured scary movie style campgrounds.  This place was fabulous!  We rented a full hookup with a cabin and a tent space.  The RV spot was great with fun neighbors, the cabin was clean and cute with cold A/C and the tent space provided a great spot to camp and cook!  The front staff was friendly and the gentleman that works the grounds helped us multiple times with first time RV questions.  There is a hidden trail in the back by the lower tent area that will walk you past the highschool and connects across the street to another trail that is amazing!  We stayed 4 nights and all of Moab was walking distance with tons of great places. Thank you!

The Canyon Lands RV Resort is in a great location and provides easy walking access to restaurants and stores. The sites are gravel, level and provide a concrete patio and the park has a swimming pool and close access to a convenience store and gas station. The park is dog friendly and we have me some great people while camping here in our RV.  

We tent camped here from Sep 2 through Sep 5, 2019.  Our spot was shaded and very comfortable.  Staff was helpful, bathroom and shower were clean and well-maintained.  Pool was very cool after a day of riding on the slickrock while the general store provided us with needed amenities, albeit for slightly higher prices than available in bigger stores.  On site laundromat allowed us to wash clothes in the middle of our trip.  This was our second stay and will do it again in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about this great park!  Clean, quiet and friendly. Nice well maintained campground and pool. Great waking for our pup and just awesome. Wish all parks were this great!  We saw mule deee while out walking in the tent area and loved the view of the mountains.  Great spot!

My wife and I stayed there four nights. This is a real gem of an RV resort. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to use the pool and hot tub, but the grounds, trees and parking places were in exceptional condition. The manager was so very helpful and welcoming and even had homemade chocolate chip cookies for everyone entering into their resort!  The only downside was the tight turn getting into the resort from the main road. Outside of that, it is the most beautiful RV resort in Moab!

We chose this as our first ever stay in an RV campground, and near the downtown just in case. All in all we were pleasantly surprised with the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness.

Some sites are clearly folks who have chosen this as their long term residence, which is surprising since there are more scenic, and likely quieter, sites nearby. This feels like parking in a large, shaded parking lot - but that’s fine for a few nights. It never felt unsafe, and the guests were incredibly respectful of the quiet hours, although during daytime there was plenty of loud internal combustion going on around us.

But, we would surely consider it again when we’re in the area because of its convenience; or, we might pass it up if we were wanting a longer and more…rustic…location.

Good enough for a brief trip

This campground is off the main road in Moab, Utah so it's kind of noisy.  At the same time, it's close to restaurants and shopping in Moab and close to the Arches and Canyonlands National Park.  The bathroom and laundry facilities were clean and nice.  The showers were completely separate from the toilets which also was nice.  They had two facilities on the campground and they were both in good shape.  They also had a pool which was heated and it was very pleasant to swim in.  I enjoyed staying at this campground and would recommend it to others.

My family of 5 recently traveled to Moab, UT to visit Arches and Canyonlands. Moab RB Resort & Campground was located in the heart of Moab, which made it easy to get to the National Parks and local eateries, grocery stores, etc. The campground is clean and well maintained. They have a small pool which is great during the summer months to escape the heat. They offer clean showers and restrooms for guests to use. Each campsite had a picnic table for use outside your trailer which is nice. The only negative is the spaces are VERY narrow. We had a 30 foot travel trailer with one pop-out and could barely fit in the site.  Also I would recommend to request a site in the back of the campground due to the road noise. Overall we were happy with the stay and appreciated the clean campground.

Loved it here!

Great spot to be in town.  Short distance to moab brewery.  Has a gas station at the exit which is great to fill up before off roading. Gravel roads and campsites.  The bad thing was NO dog park fenced or not. But dog bags available around and checked everday.

Nice and in town

This is a decent campground.  Nice pool and splash pads for kids.  Clean modern bathroom and nice store.  Great playground!  Only complaint the sites are crammed.  Can walk to market and multiple places to eat.

Good location sites are very cramped

Clean trailer park, but spaces are fairly small and roads narrow. No grass anywhere except down a hill behind the regular park. All that being said, it’s an ok place. It has some trees for shade. Has concrete pads, all pull through, clean bathrooms, a pool and splash pad and playground for the kids.  You can walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants, but it’s not actually in downtown, that would be too far to walk.

Not what I was expecting.  The campground itself is very cute and of course very convenient to anything you want to do or see downtown.  The Verizon and internet are good.  After that it kind of goes downhill.  Communication is bad from the campground.  There is a high school behind the campground that has band practice every day so be prepared.  The high school kids could probably do some pretty great experiments in the bathrooms which probably have an inch of fuzz on the wall.  The road noise is pretty bad until about midnight.  I wouldn't stay here again.  

Not what I expected

This place was reasonable and convenient for two car campers needing a place to sleep after exploring Arches. The showers were hot and there was plenty of shade trees. We did get there pretty late at night so I can’t speak for customer service but the late check in package was very thorough and self-explanatory so that was helpful. We ended up with some rowdy neighbors but with the large fences between campsites it still felt private. The only problem was the cockroaches. I didn’t see a single review mentioning this and we’re not from Utah so I don’t know if they’re just a common problem in the summertime, but they were all over the campsite. The vast majority were dead, but there were some still alive and it was all I could do not to bail and look for a hotel room, I was so grossed out, but we were too tired to care. It’s great if this place sprays for them, but at least sweep them or rake them up?? Knowing this now, I probably won’t be camping in Moab again in general.
