We just returned from spending a week at the Cowa-Bungalow and highly recommend the cabin and Creekside at Moab.  The cabin was a little small but it worked fine for 2 people.  The furnishing were very nice and the small kitchen area had a microwave, coffee pot, fridge, and plates, glasses and utensils.  We had an issue with the A/C not blowing cool air on a Sunday afternoon and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes.  The location is great - on a dead-end street, near the creek and one block away from Main Street and the Moab restaurants.  Highly recommend!

Stayed in 61 east unit. It was adorable! So close to everything. We had a lovely yard with a BBQ. Washer and dryer were not in the unit,but that was fine for us.the unit was extremely clean. We had a question when we got there and  they responded immediately . Highly recommend

We rented the Cowabungalo cabin. The cabin was ready for us upon arrival. The furnishings were very nice and the rooms clean. The bathroom was huge and decorated like a day spa room with two sinks, a soaking tub, and a shower. The porch had a table and two chairs and was very pleasant with the sound of the creek. The bed was comfortable (would have liked more pillows).

The reasons my review is four stars instead of five is due to the tiny size of the living part of the cabin. The bedroom/kitchenette/dining area was so small I stubbed my toe on the bed trying to walk around it. There was no cabinet or shelves to unpack my clothes so I had to work out of my suitcase on the bathroom floor. The tiny dining table was too small to eat on but the owners posted a request that we don't eat on the bed...so we didnt...but it meant we couldn't enjoy a meal together.  The kitchen had no supplies(i.e. condiments, coffee) and since we were on a motorcycle and only there for two nights, we couldn't (wouldn't) waste money buying supplies we would just have to throw away. It would have been nice to see the creek from the porch...not just hear it.  

Pluses: The city location was nice as it allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants.  The laundry facilities were included in the price. There were two sets of towels so we didn't have to re-use. The air-conditioning was effective.

A very nice place to stay

Almost perfect...almost

Charming

We stayed in the Cleaning a studio for two nights. The good-great location, awesome bathroom, onsite laundry. The bad- the gave us 2 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels for two people. Call the local management for more towels who said they would "have to put in a request with housekeeping". They never arrived. Signs in the cabin stating-remove shoes before entering, no food on the bed, huh? Checkout instructions tell you to wash all dishes and put on shelves, strip sheets and start a load of sheets/towels. What the heck am I paying for? They seem more interested in having you do their work for them than taking care of your needs. Also beware of late changes. No refunds less than 30 days of check-in. I can't reccomend this place.

We stayed here May 2019 for four nights.  Location is very close to downtown in general a good location.  But--upon entering we found the welcome mat covered with dog hair from the previous guest's dog that was likewise noticeable throughout along the baseboard (not sure why there is a sign asking you to take off your shoes unless your socks are to serve as a Swiffer).  The covered deck had not been swept in days as there was significant dust and tree debris on the deck and chairs that I took care of.  The bathroom was ok but the towels "moist" from prior laundering (the bathroom needs an exhaust fan to remove humidity) and the toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned recently--or cleaned well.  Less than impressed--we sent an email to the new owner (Vacasa) to inform them of this and their response was directed to our home phone number that we obviously wouldn't get until we returned home (why not just send someone over to inspect and/or make arrangements to clean while we were away?)  Vacasa did ask for our comments following our stay and we replied (and also provided pictures during our stay) but have since never heard back from them.  One other thing--and it's probably hard in that environment--but the windows and screens were very dirty.  In all--the place could just use a lot more attention as our expectations were higher based on other reviews.  Perhaps we hit a bad time as they were in between changes in ownership but we'll leave that up to future guests.  We're sorry to have to leave a bad review--but the concerns we've highlighted need to be addressed for future guests.

Nice Location....but....

While the property is nice and updated, the management company, Vacasa, is terrible.  The Wi-Fi and cable TV were out of commission during our stay.  Additionally, the property is located in a high-crime area with a significant homeless population.  We found ourselves dodging needles and excrement around the property.  We are unable to recommend this location and the management company.
