I stay here when visiting family. Nice room, clean & comfortable. The staff are friendly & follow CDC guidelines. Very trustworthy, I left my PC there & they kept it safe until I could get it back. I'll stay here everytime I visit Rochester.

Great for a stop over, had all we needed for our stay, could have bren better if the heating had been put on prior to our arrival , room was freezing and it took ages to warm up, once it was warm it was fine .room could do with some refreshing paint , lighter paint to make the room less dark ..small bathroom but shower was lovely and hot ...full size pillows would be nice , overall a nice place to stay 

. ROCHESTER INN.  ROCHESTER MN. Outside of the city.  Simple normal size room, with everything: king bed, frigidaire, microwave, table, and more. Good wifi. Terrasse just in front with flowers. Kind people in the front desk. Booking  61 $  Small breakfast, just standing.

A nice hotel being remodeled. Comfortable, clean rooms

Nice stay and good price!

Needed a place to stay for 1 night to do a prep for an exam at the Mayo Clinic the next day. Booked on line. Not sure it was the best price as the clerk charged my credit card less then added $5 onto bill that I paid with cash. Key to room didn't work & the maintenance person also had trouble getting us into the room. An attempt has been made to update the room i.e. electric fireplace, modern vanity, but the ceiling & walls were flaking paint & at least 8 tiles in bathroom area were cracked. The bathtub was missing the stopper so only shower worked plus the tub was chipped in places. Our room was quiet. Check in & out was quick. Breakfast was very limited to coffee, juice, muffins & microwave oatmeal. There was a fridge & microwave in our room & the clerk did upgrade us from 2 double beds to 2 queen beds.

OK for 1 night

This hotel is very old and very dirty 
We switched rooms three times and each room was just as dirty and smelly as the other 
Room smelled, carpet is dirty and stained 
The vanity has something melted on it 
The water pressure was non existent
The tub didn't drain but there is a plunger next to the toilet if you're lucky it might help 
The walls in the shower are stained and dirty 
Toilet in the 1st room was left with feces splattered on the lid, hadn't even been cleaned 
Told if we needed to cancel we had to contact the booking company and more than likely wouldn't be refunded 
We drove over 11 hours and had to wait in the office for the receptionist to finish her chat with another lady before she could even acknowledge our presence 
Trips to the Mayo Clinic are stressful enough save yourself the agony and money by not staying here 

Do Not Stay Here...GROSS

I am not a picky traveler but cannot understand the high marks people have been giving this place.  It is a very old, poorly maintained motel.  We stayed in room 137 and the upholstered chair was filthy.  The towels and sheets are threadbare and breakfast consists of a few very small muffins plus coffee.  It is located right alongside a very busy blvd with cars and trucks whizzing by all night long.  Avoid this place.
