Clean and quiet. The employees were VERY HELPFUL. It was only 20 minutes from where my meetings were located. I'm glad I chose to stay here instead. I made the reservation online at the last minute. It was a very simply process.

My stay was nice staff was friendly and helpful. place looks clean. I will go back soon. Breakfast was simple but was following COVID guidelines. The price was right for being a weekend and the hotel was full it was a quiet place to stay.

If you're anywhere near, choose this

We needed a place just to sleep.  The location was about perfect.  The room was nice & clean.  The stair way & upstairs hall really could use new carpet, tho.  But that is the only thing about this spot that was at all off.  Oh, and having Bump's Restaurant across the parking lot was a big bonus.  That place has great hometown food!!

Good price, clean room.

They were great at customer service when making reservations.  They were booked on the 4th night we wanted so I was put on a waiting list.  They really did call and we were able to stay that SAT. night.  Not to many hotels would do that for their customers.  At other hotels I had to keep calling and calling.
Place was clean but the breakfast needed to be watched more carefully.  Items that ran out were not restock and it was still early.

Good customer service

The staff was nice. That’s the end of the good. My room was ok I guess. The towels left for me were all mostly stained. One towel even had some black substance all over which someone tried to fold as though I wouldn’t see. The breakfast options are slim to none. They offered frozen eggs waffles, a joke! I would never stay here again if at all possible, rather sleep in my car 

The building and rooms need updating. The air conditioners need to be cleaned. Room smells musty when air is running. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Thank goodness that Bumps Family Restaurant is next door.

Needs updating

Bedding looks like it came from the 70s, as well as the curtains, which didnt even close. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, and it was wondered if the floor was comfier. The heat unit didnt stay at it's set temperature. Set it to 73, 2 hours later it was 67 in the room. Set it to 75, 10 minutes later it was 80. Staff was friendly. Misplaced my key and was able to get another one to get back into my room. Overall, if you need to do anything in Glencoe, you'd be better off spending the extra 15 minutes and the extra 15-20 bucks a night to drive into Hutchinson.

It was late at night and we had been driving all day and were tired.  That is the ONLY reason we stayed.  It was gross and dirty and I couldn't wait to get out of there.  The lady at the desk initially didn't recognize out reservation.. made online (which we will never do again) until I showed her the confirmation email.

Disgusting

This hotel is needs to be torn down. The carpeting on the stairs looks like it was not vacuumed in a year. There repair spots on the walls in our room but not painted. The towels had stains, rust or blood. Hair in the bathtub. It was terrible. Plus when I reserved the room, I requested a first floor room because I have bad knees and can't do stairs very well. They couldn't oblige me. And he didn't even off to help carry my bag up the stairs. 

Way over priced for a crappy hotel

Go to next town. Dust everywhere! Mop boards, breakfast counters, plants, tv stand—and more dirty. Not vacuumed, stained carpeting, corners untouched in bathrooms. Looks like they change bedding but no cleaning. Worst Super 8 and actually any motel we have been to in US, Europe or the Islands. Motel needs to be inspected by corporate (cleanliness) and Health Dept (food prep).
