The TV’s were glitching and I told the staff. Tom went over and above and went to the roof to clean the satellites and tighten all the connections. He came back down to see if it was working and then went back up to figure it out. Whatever he did fixed the problem. Ryan from the front desk was also helping to ensure we could watch the NBA and NHL playoffs. I love the staff at my hotel. Been staying there since they opened and will never stay anywhere else in MN. Thanks to the AC team for making every stay as comfortable as possible.
