Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis / Downtown

Although I can certainly afford to stay at the Hilton, I always stay at the Hampton Inn and suites when I travel because for the money you get so much. First off they have a great breakfast buffet. The rooms are absolutely spotless. They give plenty of towels of all sizes, even washcloths. The toiletry products found in the bathroom are very high-end and the air-conditioning works perfectly. Lastly and most important I must talk about the staff. Not to mention, the customer service would be a crime. They are always friendly, always helpful and whenever you need something it’s done literally within A few minutes. My family likes to keep the room cold so I needed extra blankets and pillows. After calling down they were sent up within two minutes. Finally IMust send a shout out to Ebony at the front desk. She saved my life because I stupidly threw A way of broken backpack that had-my wallet in it. I was far from the hotel touring. I called the front desk quite upset At a time when I know they were busy, checking a lot of people in. Luckily, I got ebony on the phone Who was calm, cool and collected and immediately contacted housekeeping To pull the broken backpack out of the trash. When I called back 10 minutes later, she confirmed that the backpack was now on my bed waiting for me I couldn’t be more grateful. As a college professor who teaches business communications and customer service, she’s got all three skill and I will always be thankful. And that’s why a picky empty nest like me will always stay at the Hampton Inn and suites.
