53 reviewsTravel to Dayton weekly for business and have this hotel listed under my "Favorites" in the Choice Hotels App. It is clean, quiet, budget friendly, comfortable and is in a great location - close to many restaurants (Bob Evan's and Perkins are in walking distance - as well as a BBQ Place (used to be OinkaDoodleMoo - now Steve and Tammys). There is also a good Mexican grocery store close that sells great Mexican food "to go". There is also "shopping" (grocery and otherwise - Target, Walmart etc) and fitness facilities (Planet Fitness is a few miles away) and a Panera (Coffee Club) as well. Stay here at least once every few weeks and really never have been disappointed. The Front Desk and Manager are very accommodating (like a request for a good quality office chair - or a specific room). The rooms are accordingly spacious for 2QNS or King (Kings have a couch). The rooms I stay in have a Desk, Fridge and Microwave, Flatscreen TV, and various other standard amenities (Coffee Pot, etc). They currently have no breakfast. Also a big plus (to me) is the exterior corridors. I can back up my car right to the door - Easy In Easy Out - Unloading and Re-loading my Equipment and Bags as needed. So if you're looking for a comfotabble room at a great price - this is it ! :)
