Our property was not the same as shown, the cleaners left bleach on the back of toilet seat and damaged clothing report it to the front desk, but never heard back from. Called to request for toilet paper in the morning didn’t hear back until the evening. No one was ever at the front desk when needed. Bathrooms were so small you couldn’t even close the door behind you. There was mold in the shower, was an able to open the blind, due to the fact that it was a window that looked in the back where people could see you. There was some damage to the water pipe line in the back and was really noisy.

My room was not cleaned properly especially the floor.. I paid a cleaning fee but was told there would be a charge of 25 bucks to clean the floors. The walls were not soundproof, so I heard every step and movements of the room above mine and surrounding my space. The young ladies at the reception were very nice and helped with the issues. Knowing that the property was recently acquired by new owners and my room needed a lot of work maybe I'd stay there again but it would not be my first choice.

I checked in and after I checked in they told me the WIFI is not working and the AC is not working.They told me they will bring a portable AC and the did.we turn on the AC and it was very noise and we couldn't sleep. I want downstairs to talk to the attendant but she was gone and no one answer my calls.  I was trying to cancel and move out of the property because we found cockroach inside the room and my kids were very scared We did not sleep all night and next morning I talked to  the manager and told me instead of canceling she can move us to one of their sister hotel called Break Water and she asked me to go over there to check the room I did cheche the room and we like it and I was told to check out and move to the Break Water hotel with no extra charge. we moved overthere and we we are doing the check in they told us we need to pay rate difference.  I told her that's not what you told us she said she made a mistake.  I had to canceled the reservation and she charged me for one night and she refused to talk to us and were left on the street try to find another hotel.
