We had such a wonderful time at the 1 Hotel South Beach. First we were surprised by a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite. The service the entire time was top notch. They have complimentary car service that will take you anywhere on south beach. The bed was sooooo comfy. I slept like a baby! Rooms are quiet (I hate loud hotels). The pools are beautiful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was texting with Roberta the entire time, she made sure our stay was just perfect. She set up a late check out for us and sent the bellhop when we needed it. The aesthetic of the hotel is stunning. I have always wanted to stay there and it did not disappoint! We will def stay again. Breakfast was delicious. Concierge was helpful and book a hair appt for me. Can’t wait to come back!
