My stay at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach was truly unforgettable, filled with exceptional care and attention. Even when I wasn’t at my best, the incredible team made me feel very special. A heartfelt BIG thank you to Jenna, Jordan, Cielo, and Yorman from management for their outstanding assistance, service, care, and support. Thanks to Pablo at the reception for his warmth, and a huge shoutout to F&B manager Benjamin for his amazing dedication. Kelly at the pool, whom I’ve known for five years, consistently provided outstanding VIP service every single day, ensuring I had the perfect cabana and the best experience possible. You are the best!! I also want to recognize the wonderful spa team—Oscar, Karla, Iliana, and Betsa—who went above and beyond to help me relax and feel cared for. Thanks to Joseline for the impeccable housekeeping service. A very special thank you to Consuelo, the F&B waiter, who brought me breakfast every day and cared for me as if I were her own daughter while I was ill. And of course, Myriam, the concierge, who has been simply amazing. I must also highlight Alain, the bellman, whom I’ve known for years. He always greets me with a big smile, a hug, and genuine care. He treats me like a friend, not just a guest, and he is truly a credit to The Ritz-Carlton family. After coming here for five years, The Ritz-Carlton South Beach always feels like a home away from home. Any discomfort was handled with care, and I left with a huge smile on my face.
