I am surprising my husband for a little time away in Miami and booked a room because Hyatt never disappoints. Before I even get there I get a text from the front desk Yelena M. welcoming me and informing me of check in times etc. I replied to the text merely asking for a high floor because that's what I always get at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. I was shocked and brought to literal tears when I got a text that my room was upgraded, I mean WOW!! That's Customer Service at the highest, I haven't even touched the premises of this hotel and to be treated that way WOW, tears again. I will always choose Hyatt. That's why I have their card forever. I own a Hilton Timeshare outright own it and will ALWAYS choose Hyatt because of the quality and customer service. WOW, just WOW. Yelena you are the definition of extraordinary Customer Service and care. People like you make me continue to be loyal to Hyatt and make this world a better, brighter place ❤️❤️❤️
