Everything was great from the concierge to the extra comfy bed.

I paid for breakfast with my room and didn't receive it$151 For the room and $20 for incidental accidents

Great room.  Clean and modern.  Would love to have stayed longer.

The staff hear are very friendly and they show a generous, genuine, amount of hospitality! Tammy is an exceptionally young lady!  I Will return!

Really disappointed for over $200 that breakfast wasn’t included. Didn’t notice that when I booked the hotel or I wouldn’t have stayed there. Hotel seemed worn, not new like you would expect.

Great location, secure space, super nice staff, very clean rooms. Only recommendation is to install more lamps in the rooms. Additional lighting would make the room perfect for business travelers like me.

Stayed here twice, Nov '23 and Mar '24. Very convenient location.

After a long day driving the bed was heavenly. Very comfortable room. However, SIGNIFICANT maintenance was required. The bathroom faucet wasn't fastened down! It was only held upright by the water line itself- nothing was there to fasten it to the countertop!  Next, the front panel of the bathroom vanity was coming loose. Perhaps someone had started addressing the faucet issue but left it unfinished and unsecured. How did housekeeping not noticed the unsecured faucet? Lastly, drop-down door to the coffee nook was held in place by only one small arm on one side! The other side plus the hinges were all loose with no fasteners in sight! The whole panel flopped loose when I opened it to check the coffee provisions. I would happily come here again but management should discuss issues w housekeeping and maintenance.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. My room had several problems == the carpet was pulled back where the entry flooring started, the fridge/microwave and coffee pot set up was odd and somewhat in disrepair. The shower curtain barely reached the top of the tub, so water leaked into the floor when we showered. No free breakfast, but the food we paid for was excellent and the staff was great.

Staff were very nice and professional and everything was clean.  The view was nothing special but the bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, and decor was inviting.  The bar in the lobby  was the only thing lacking, solely due to minimal drink options.  Firebird restaurant is just down the street and worth a visit too, food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.

Great stay!

The whole experience was very average, nothing that makes it extra good or extra bad. The floors were not vacuumed very well but the bed and countertops were clean. The shower floor had rust stains that I feel like could be cleaned up easily. The room was very small for the price; it was a little hard to navigate between the bed, wall, and couch. Currently, no breakfast included, but I don't know if that is always the case or just pandemic related.The location was convenient for us with easy interstate access. Also, lots of shopping and eating nearby. I would stay in this area of town again, but maybe not at this particular hotel.

As Expected, but not Noteworthy

Very nice and very clean fairly new hotel, only one issue under "condition". There is a towel rack under the sink with hand towels. When I pulled one of the towels, the entire facing came out and struck my shin, taking a divot from my skin. The design looked poor. The staff was very nice, and gave us a free breakfast
