Clean, reasonably priced, good breakfast, not far from Graceland. Has an Awesome soul food restaurant next door the food is to die for. Easy check in and check out. Pet friendly. Did not see a poll at all

Great location, in walking distance to Beale Street, Peabody (ducks) etc
The staff at Reception very helpful and friendly - Michelle, Martin and especially G, who us safely to train station.
We loved the various fish tanks in the building.

Theres different rental agencies for different apartment's in this budling. I think I struck lucky!  
‘Maira’s’ one bed 18th floor apartments was bright, clean and fresh decorated, the bathroom was clean and the shower hot and powerful. the bed comfy, and wifi on the lounge TV.  
It’s comfortable but....  The sheets are polyester and the pillows flat. But despite full kitchen appliances, there’s no cultery, crockery or glassware?!?!
Communication with the property owner is non existent. They send automated emails, and don’t respond to queries. The busy staff in the attendants office are helpful and welcoming. Make sure you grab towels and the wifi code when you check in with them!

Dropped by the Burrito Exchange in Pico Rivera for a delicious and filling carnitas burrito. Wife had the asada and chile relleno burrito. Both were so good. Plenty of savory meat beans and pico de gallo salsa. All wrapped in a home made flour tortilla. No rice used as filler here. Enjoyed a refreshing agua fresca and we were happy campers. Restaurant is clean and spotless. Owner is super friendly and accommodating. Many other items on the menu that I’ll be back to try real soon.

Vacation 

DO NOT STAY HERE. There are cockroaches, and creepy men constantly coming in. The vibe is off. The room was not clean and the building, hallways, room stinks like dirty. Pillows and comforter and towels didn’t seem like they were cleaned. The bed sucked. We had to get a hotel after staying the first night because we found bugs and couldn’t stand the strange feeling we got and the uncleanliness.

Bad experience. Not clean or safe feeling

Please do yourself a favor and do not book your Memphis stay with Bluff City Stays. During this time of COVID Epidemic and even if were not, my wife and I believe that cleanliness is paramount and that is what we expected when booking this room through AirBNB. 
Upon arriving, the room was absolutely unsanitary. From sticky floors and surfaces, to unswept floors, furniture filled with stains, crumbs, and ashes. There was also splatter and stains against almost all cabinets, as well as stains and splatter in the bathtub. 
For the safety of my wife and my own health, we didn't even stay an hour in this space. 
We immediately notified Bluff City Stays about how we were highly unsatisfied with the room, and how we felt beyond cheated comparing pictures and description of the space online to what it actually was like in person.
Our less than one hour stay on August 13th of 2020 was to document the uncleanliness of the room with detailed pictures and video.
Since then, Bluff City Stays has done nothing to right this wrong and has constantly gave us the run around.
If you would spend $350 on a 3 night stay at a place with a headline that read "Penthouse Apartment", and find out the space is more equivalent to a $10 rat and roach infested hostel, you would enjoy Bluff City Stays rentals.
Also, don't forget you'd still have to spend another $300-$500 for a sanitary place to stay on your vacation and spend most of your vacation time plus weeks to months after messaging Bluff City Stays to hopefully correct their wrongdoings (which still has not happened).
If you see their name associated with anything you are trying to book, please close whatever site you are on and book a hotel instead.
They are not worth the time, the money, or your health.

Worst Rental Experience You Will Ever Have!!!

First time I was there several years ago it was good but this time it was horrible! There was mold on the ceiling, the A/C wasn’t working right the blinds were broken and actually fell when my wife tried to adjust them. The manager whatever his name is changed our room to a cooler room since we woke up sweating that morning and then the next day accused us of lying about the other room trying to make us pay more which we didn’t. When we’re were about to leave my mother tried to explain nicely to him the situation and he started to yell and put his hands up in the air ( I was in the lobby when I saw this) I walked in and he sat down because he wouldn’t talk to a man like that. Once I checked him we made it clear we will never go back to this place ever again!!

Horrible

The only reason this gets one star is its location - downtown and close to the Beale Street. But that's it. Our one-bedroom apartment had a loud ringing noise in the bedroom, making it impossible to sleep in. We had to move the mattress in to the living room to sleep, which also highlighted the fact the sheets hadn't been cleaned. Towels had holes in them, no effective cooling and we could only open one window, and only then partially. The internet rarely worked and when it did it was incredibly slow. We rang and emailed our "host" but never heard back. Concierge had no interest in helping. Turns out this is not "Vicki's" apartment but one of many that are rented through AirBnB - somewhat suspiciously they didn't run our review. All round a grotty, noisy, unpleasant and poorly furnished place. Some good reviews, but seems it's very much pot luck if you get one of the decent units being rented out. Don't be deceived by the lobby, this is a NO GO place.

Stay right away

Rooms were booked through booking.com and we had confirmation. Week of event one of our rooms was cancelled and we had to book somewhere else, putting us away from the rest of our family. Remaining room for our son was HOT, dirty, NO TV, just depressing place. He wound up staying with us at another location the second night because it was so awful. We were embarassed to have put him there, and would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. RUN away from this dump, and have VERY low customer service expectations.

Unprofessional, unreliable, it's a dump!

I'm very disappointed/angry with your hotel. I had booked a room for two nights for this weekend. Sept.15-17. Something has come up to where I needed to change my reservation and just stay Friday night and check out on Saturday. Yalls rules are if I need to change/cancel a reservation  I have to do it by Sept 13.  I called y'all last Wednesday on the 6th thru today. I called serval times and no one picked up any of the calls(the number listed on your website, there are two of them and I called both) emailed, sent a message on your website, and left serval messages for y'all to call me back in re guards to Change my nights. You would think if you wanted to run your hotel in a decent matter you would of. Answered the phone in the past five days or emailed or called me back. I finally canceled my reservation today and booked somewhere else. And That was the best decision I made. After reading all the reviews which 95% are them were TERRIBLE to say the least. I would never recommend staying here and spending your money for a place to never get back with you or answer the phone and other reviewers to say this is the most disgusting, un cleaned place, and felt un safe staying there. And to say the least, your hotel is not the cheapest so for y'all to over price this hotel like this for such poor customer service is outraging. I'm posting this on your page because maybe someone will acknowledged this and make better changes for future guest
