This place was better than most of the Motel 6's we have stayed at lately.  It looks like it's been newly renovated.  The parking lot is very small, it's right next to a Best Western and easily confused for that property.  But the building looks very nice and the room was fine.  New bed and furnishings and the shower was large.  I guess I'm just living in the past, but the  prices are not nearly as budget as they used to be. 
 This property was much more than expected for the class but lower than the competitors in the area.   Overall, a very nice stay.

Solid property

Best Western has the most amazing staff. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Their fresh coffee and “on the go” breakfast really helps get the day started. If you have a personal or business problem here, the employees are open minded and thoughtful. Prices are fair and the rooms, whether they are one or two beds are clean and comfortable. I’d give this Best Western FIVE STARS! 

Hospitality 

Drove up into the TINY parking lot,  and lots of "interesting " characters,  plus a Mexican BBQ going on in the parking lot?
Person at the desk really nice, but pretty sure they were pretty stoned. 
Walked into a 2x4 room. No Kleenex,  tiny fridge and microwave were ON THE FLOOR!, 'closet' was an 'alcove' with a bar funkily put up. Bed looks like a roll away,  toilet and shower are basically in a closet,  and the shower leaks on the floor,  the sink leaks, toilet chipped.  And the BEST of all these things?
They don't even have a SOAP HOLDER in the shower!!??!!?? NOT A SINGLE PLACE TO PUT SOAP, SHAMPOO,  WASHCLOTH.....?????  WHAT????? And of course, you get two thin towels to use, and there was long black hair clinging to one of the washcloths!
Paid more for this, with no breakfast of course,  than a nice hotel that had a breakfast buffet! WOW!
Felt like being in the twilight zone,  especially with all the sketchy characters around!

Oh my! Lowest grade I've stayed in years!

Owners have not put any money into maintaining even the Motel 6 level of service and accommodation. Room was very tired, the bed small for two. Location okay but traffic noise loud. Suggest you find accommodations elsewhere for this place was definitely not worth the overnight cost of $106.

Property run down

We booked this room because it was the only place available online while looking for a place to stay for the night. Actually got a refund from this hotel after checking in and seeing our room. It looked dirty but the sweet smell coming out of the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We went back downstairs through clouds of smoke from people and their cigarettes. We checked out and the office attendant asked why. We explained that the room smelled like the sewer. He went upstairs and checked it out and concurred . He refunded the money and apologized. 
We stayed across the way at the remodeled Best Western. A much nicer experience.

Not worth the stay

This is a basic motel on the south end of town, at a crossroads. Traffic is busy and noisy and we could hear it in our room. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was okay. It was a convenient place to stay while enjoying McMinnville. 

Budget motel gives basic motel amenities

We stayed here one night.  Two people, room with two beds, room was clean and decent size.  Doors to rooms are to outside.  Internet was decent.  Motel does not provide shampoo.  I went down at 8:00 a.m. to get a cup of coffee.  There were two carafes, one was empty, the coffee in the other ones was luke warm.  I told the gentlemen at the desk and he said ya, the coffee is put out at 5:00 a.m. and that happens.  He didn't offer to make more so it would be hot.  I would stay here again for one night.  I wouldn't stay here with my wife as it is just a basic motel.
