Pretty much what I expected based on other Comfort Inn experiences—-a no-frills stay in a facility that could use some updating. The location was convenient for an event I was attending in Milton, but I would highly discourage this hotel for Boston-based trips (traffic makes for a slow commute to downtown). A huge plus was the front desk staff members, who consistently provided great service. Additionally, the waffles for breakfast were delightful. Again, it was what I expected from Comfort Inn. If you’re okay with a no-frills experience, and if you’re not planning on downtown Boston activities, then this will certainly suffice.

No-Frills Stay

Overall this is a great hotel, we didn’t expect 5 stars and we understand this. The hotel is generally clean as was our room, the bed was comfortable and was what we expected
Breakfast is plentiful, I love the waffle machine and the scrambled eggs and sausages 
One thing we were disappointed with was the fact that we were told they had free shuttle to the train station to get into Boston as we were here for a baseball game, we were informed they didn’t have a shuttle so we ended up taking an Uber which cost us a fortune

Great Value

This place has clearly fallen down since my last visit two years ago. Tub drained poorly. Took 10 minutes to get hot water in shower. Was misquoted breakfast hours and as a result did not receive promised breakfast. Manager not only did not apologize but said he would "investigate* the latter, which was kinda insulting. Did not receive promised response to my request to be comped value of breakfast. Overall was not made to feel welcome. No greeting on entry. Room was otherwise clean and adequate. Will stay elsewhere in the future given my experience. I am a lifetime Choice loyalty program member.

Rough around the edges, mediocre service

I am completely disgusted with our very brief stay, The room smelled moldy and stale, the Bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt like laying on concrete, we felt very leery about staying, the room was a complete nightmare, and for $177.00, this outdated room was very overpriced.  

After 30 minutes, we left and drove to the Hyatt in Braintree, what a breath of fresh air, I will never stay at this hotel, nor will I ever refer this hotel to anyone.  

I felt extremely filthy just laying on the bed, extremely stressful situation.  

An absolute horrendous experience which lasted 30 minutes.

Horrific Stay

Initially the room that I was given had  very slow draining plumbing. And the second night in the room the heater would only blow cold air.  This stay was in the middle of December, a very cold night.  I went to management in the morning and they sent someone right away.  The maintenance person could not repair it so they sent me to another room.  A better looking room but unfortunately I discovered later on my last night, that there were bed bugs in the bed.  No offer of compensation.  Just " Oh we will take care of it right away".

My worse hotel stay in 74 years

Checked in after a concert around 11 PM. The parking lot is rather dark and oddly laid out. The hotel entrance is also dark and not obvious. But once inside, my reservation was in order and check in was smooth. Our room was new and clean. Spare, but had everything we needed. Good temperature control, good bed. Quiet and restful night.

Clean, modern room

Hotel was fairly clean. Expected of a lower level hotel. AC was a little finicky. 

Room smelled of Marijuana the night we stayed. Coming from the ventilation. I would think it was coming from another room close by. The morning after al I could smell was citrus spray, assuming to mask the marijuana smell. Be advised this establishment is smoke-free, but apparently not that night. 

Breakfast buffet was just ok. The sausage and eggs were crap but everything else available was decent. 

For what I paid for it was very pricey, but it was Labor Day weekend. 

Probably won’t return.

Comfort inn: Marijuana Edition

I was here for 5 nights, thankfully I needed an extra night due to coming to MA a day early and after stressing to find a place that wasn't almost $200 for that one night the GM helped me and ensured I stayed in the same room throughout my stay. 

The room itself when we walked in smelted slightly like cigarettes/must but after leaving the A/C on while we stepped out it lessened the smell, there was also a burn mark on the sheets and the floor but we brought our own sheets anyway. 

The internet was horrid and we couldn't play video games or load up youtube but we had movies downloaded so we made it work. 

The microwave situation not being in the rooms wasn't much of a big issue as we just ate sandwiches or went out to eat. 

Aside from all that, Comfort Inn in Randolph is a good place to me because it had what I needed after a 30 hour car drive -- a bed and shower. We did clean the room when we came the first night to make it more comfortable for us (wiped things down and the such). 

I requested no housekeeping for my whole stay and it was respected as well which I am grateful for. 

Overall, as long as you can make things work and work around small issues this hotel and all hotels have here and there it isn't as bad as other reviews say.

I like to go to this comfort inn in Randolph very clean the service if very good. Rick is great i love the way it is ran. I have never had a problem coming to comfort its quiet relaxing most important comfortable.  All employees are very friendly also also smiling very good customer service the whole reason why I come back here I just love it I can enjoy my stay and no worries

Night before, we stayed in excellent hotel in the area. Unfortunate, our stuff decided to move us next night in this place. Hotel is nearby to some night club or large venue, near highway... I would expect they have special deal - rent by the hour.
Breakfast has not been seen and the only "service" they provide is the - microwave in the holloway.
