Paragon Casino Resort

This was an anniversary trip, and I had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, and so was all the amenities.

Front desk clerk very friendly up graded our room when we asked if there was a smoking room available we will come back great bartenders and big casino floor

Kids quest and the arcade wasn’t open. So that was a bummer. Other than that, it was good.

Mari Showroom venue was beautifully decorated for the Kenny Lattimore Valentine's Day concert. Hotel staff were very welcoming to guests, providing a red rose for the first 300 couples attending the concert. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me check into my room, after discovering some reservation discrepancies. Definitely enjoyed my stay and will seriously consider staying at this property in the future!

The hotel is getting old and it shows . Decor is old . Carpets extremely dirty . Rooms are fairly clean but outdated. Beds are comfortable .

Great place for just about any occasions! Beds are comfy, clean rooms, great food! Found a few hairs in the bathroom, movie theater wasnt monitored so people were rude, talking, laughing farting, being loud and made the experience not fun. Last.. the swim up bar isnt open in the non summer months. That wasnt told to me til we werent at the pool. Never saw anywhere that it would be closed.

I'd stay here again.

I was giving a room that was already occupied. I opened the door and a lady was on the bed she screaming and I was screaming. Went back down and the lady was not surprised when I told her she gave us a room that was occupied. Didn't offer any discount or anything so that really pissed me off. They need to make sure they keep track of their occupied rooms because someone could've been hurt. The decoration was nice and my husband enjoyed the casino.

Not real impressed. I am here as a vendor for an event here at the casino.  My room is far away from dining and the mari room where the event is being held. We are Back around kidquest. I am 60. You would think they would put young families with children back here, not 60 year old retired couple. The girl at the front desk was vague with our information and we could not find our room. Finally found someone who worked here to help us. Couldn't read what she wrote on card concerning where the room would be. Floor in shower felt dirty and there was a big hair stuck to the wall that was not mine. The Market Place buffet was nice. Reminds you of cafeteria food.

Rooms were smaller than I thaught but still ok. Price seemed a little high to me for the quality but overall not bad. The first person we spoke to at check in was kinda rude and not helpful (we were early) came back a little later and spoke to another person who was much friendlier and got us the adjoining rooms we were asking for.

Convenience of not having to travel after a concert.The occupants next to us talked loudly until 2:00 amThe breakfast food in the buffet was not warm at all.The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was cleaner than the halls.  If the occasion arises again, I will still use the facilities.

The staff was amazing and the indoor movie made the trip top notch! Although I was there for business, the hotel movie theater was calling my name. It’s a casino so I did expect to smell smoke but even the non smoking rooms were a little smoked out! DON’T get disturbed because the rooms were nice just bring some “Odor Ban”….Keep reading because I gotta tell you about the amazing staff! Checking in was no problem, getting information was not problem and even dropping my bank card in the middle of the alligators (what was I doing 👀) was no problem!  The staff came to my rescue! I didn’t have much faith in them because I just couldn’t see how they were gonna get it! This rescue turned into an adventure for everyone in the area! The kids and the adults were looking as they fought through the gators and pulled up my card! I will be back! Great service and every one enjoyed the alligators as my card was lifted out!

Debit or Credit Feed The Gators

The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is that the dining options were too limited.  There is a nice coffee bar with sandwiches at near the front of the hotel, but for some reason is closes for lunch (???).  My bigger frustration was that it took a very long time to get just a few people through the line at the buffet.  I was at a conference and had limited time for lunch.  The line was maybe 35 people?  After waiting 20 minutes I wasn't even half way through the line.  This seems entirely unnecessary for a buffet.  Searched elsewhere but the only other available restaurant also had a long line.
