Chateau Sans Nom by Mammoth Reservation Bureau

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

• Please check-in and pick up your keys at Mammoth Reservation Bureau, 94 Old Mammoth Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. Check-in is in the 2nd building on the right (the 4th driveway).

• If you plan to arrive after normal business hours, the property will place an envelope with your unit’s key in the wooden cabinet located inside our foyer (also at 94 Old Mammoth Road). Please locate your key by checking the envelopes for your last name & reservation number.

• Please note: The registering party must be the person who placed the reservation. A valid ID and the credit card used to place the reservation will need to be presented upon check-in (the ID and credit card must match the name on the reservation). Please contact property to make alternate arrangements. A valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card may be used. If you do not have a credit card, you will be required to leave a cash deposit.

• The registering party must be at least 21 years of age and will be held responsible for the entire party.
