Courteous and friendly.  Clean rooms at a good value.  Beautiful setting away from the hustle and bustle of Saratoga Springs. We reserved two rooms with no issues.  There was a severe lightning storm that cut both the electricity and cable.  The owner was on top of the situation and made us feel safe and at ease.,

Really great & super accommodating. My flight was in late and they were able to work with my later check in. Was really please.

We stayed here while attending the Luke Bryan concert and Saratoga Race Track. It's the perfect place to head back to after a long day. Quiet, comfortable and clean. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a quaint, adorable, friendly place to wind down and get a good nights rest. It's close to everything- restaurants, Stewart's (like a wawa), the performing arts center, the track, cvs, a grocery store. I'd stay again.

This is quintessential summer vacation lodging from back in the day. The smell of humidity of the Hudson valley is all around. Quiet, in the woods, near everything. Consciencious staff. And cookout on numerous grills looking at Round Lake.

I found this motel by complete accident and now it is me and my friends' go-to whenever we will be in the area. The rooms are older looking as far as furniture goes but I think it was very quaint. Everything was very clean and located fairly close to eateries and things to do. The owner is a very nice woman who made us feel welcome, offered great recommendations, and good conversation. She checked in with us daily to see how we were doing and if there was anything she could do. Honestly I can't recommend this motel enough, especially at such a great value!

What a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's such a pretty place with comfortable, clean rooms. The location is great! Close to Saratoga, Albany and Lake George. The owners are so nice and make you feel welcomed.

I spent another 2 nights here, this time in the motel instead of the cottage. It was just as nice as my first visit a few months ago, and strongly recommended to those that want a quiet, quaint stay at a leisurely pace. Perfectly clean, well equipped, and quiet as quiet can be! Lovely! Thank you, folks, for maintaining such a place.

Yes, this is an older property, and the proprietor is not hiding this fact. This property was nicely priced for the area. This is a rustic cottage/cabin atmosphere. Some parts of it are dated, but here is what makes this place great. Incredibly clean rooms. Clean sheets and bedding. Mattresses are pillow top and very comfortable. My room had windows in the front and back, and I got a great breeze coming through. The television system is also much better than I find at some large hotel chains. Bathroom is small, but the most important part.....It's immaculate. This is a small family run hotel, and although a few things here and there could be updated, the family takes pride in offering a value priced stay in a clean and comfortable room. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again, and would love to try one of the small cabin efficiency units.

Location is good in relation to SPAC.  It’s quiet peaceful.

Great 1 night stay at a super clean property

A weekend at the races witrh family

We stayed in a cabin room, it was small but comfortable for one night. Basically you get half a cabin. Very affordable and a great location for us. We went to the Malta drive-in just up the road. It is in a nice area right across from Round Lake. The only tiny downside was the small sink had the hot and cold in separate faucets. The woman who checked us in was very nice, I think it's family run. Overall a good experience.

Quaint, quiet and nice place to stay.

Stayed in the motel last weekend with my family, and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was courteous and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. There are tables, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue grills, and even a fire pit available free for guest use! There was nothing better than drinking some beers with my brother under the clear New York sky by the fire, at this very cozy motel. The place is a little dated, but it is very comfortable and homely. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bathrooms are not very well made for those of us over six feet tall, the toilet paper is super cheap, and the water pressure is lousy if your neighbor is taking a shower at the same time as you. But that's just nitpicking. Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and cozy, just how I like it.

Close to everything

The owners are very friendly and helpful; I particularly appreciated help with the barbecue pit.  The room interiors are very old with lumpy mattresses and it's hard to run a lot of devices on the grid.  There is a nice fishing lake and launch nearby and the town is very scenic and cute.  Since the motel is on Route 9, it's very easy to drive to Saratoga Springs.

Wonderful experience

We were on our way home from Lake George and the annual car show. Lake George is VERY busy and congested with cars and people during the show. We chose to drive south and get out of the rush. We could not believe our good fortune in picking the Chamber Lane Motel. Yes....it is an older establishment and maybe somethings are not as new and shiny as the "big box" places. BUT......it is clean,clean, clean and the owner is like meeting a lost friend. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. When she told how she had bought the property from her parents (who had run it for 42 years) i was sold. Personal pride in her motel is evident. We would stay here again and recommend it on all points.
