Embassy Suites help save my daughter after she was stranded at the airport all alone by another hotel. We found Embassy suites and spoke with Krystal, she was able to get her room. Thanks to Embassy Suites she can continue with her plans My daughter had planned her senior trip 2 to 3 months ago she booked a hotel she booked tours and confirmed everything was there called the hotel confirmed she’s 18 if she can check in and was told yes. After a horrible flight experience it being delayed over two hours maybe three she finally gets to the airport in Portland, Maine. And goes to the hotel only for her to be told by a very rude man that she could not stay there. She was 18 and she had to leave. They took her back to the airport and left her there stranded with no one else. The security wasn’t there. TSA wasn’t there. No one at that point it was I’m gonna go with. it was close. She called upset and after 2 to 3 hours calling hotels all over Portland, Maine. I am grateful that we found the Embassy Suites and we were able to speak with Krystal that got her a room. Saved my heart because I was stressing over her being left there by herself got her set up and now she can at least continue with some of the plans that she had already paid for Just know that if you’re booking a hotel Embassy Suites is the place to go
