Great people, clean and well-kept rooms, and property.  Even the other guesses were very nice.

This place is well-known to Blues lovers who frequently return to the area again and again.   It is well maintained and sits 100 feet back from the highway in a grove of pecan trees.   It definitely has that Southern vibe.

Excellent price. Property was fairly clean but room look a little outdated especially the carpets.

Decent property for the area. I had to change rooms the first night. The tv didn't work. The 2nd room's toliet kept refilling randomly throughout the day. The walls need a good wipe down. The light switches were all sticky. If you stay there please pack disinfecting wipes and spray. The overall cleanliness is questionable.

This is our go to hotel whenever I come back home for family events. It’s right there when you pull into Helena, and very affordable. The front desk lady has been polite, helpful, and efficient both times I’ve been here.The rooms looked like they’re slowly working on upgrades. There was a new floor, a mini kitchen, sink, 2 flat top burners (bring your own pots and skillets) microwave and refrigerator  I wish the beds were actually queen size they are full sized.Air conditioning worked amazingly Shower and sink, Took awhile for the water to get hotOnly thing that I loathe the most is housekeeping, I know she’s doing her job but when you drive over 8 hrs and check in late and she banging on the door at 9 am and questions you when you leave the room why you didn’t open the door!!! Lady I was tired like the last time you did that!!! I have my own towels and covers!!!Overall this place had what i paid forWould be nice to have breakfast, one day. And please invest in PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR BEFORE I MAKE MY OWN.

Family Event

My husband and I stayed at the Delta Inn.  We had no problems at all. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.  There was an upholstered chair in the room, which was a nice touch.  The television was dated--it was the old kind, not the flat-screen television we have now.  Yet it worked.  There was also desk space, a desk chair, a microwave, and a refrigerator.  It was rather basic, but we didn't lack a thing that we needed.  We met Dorothy, the very sweet and personable woman who is the manager there, in the morning.  The continental breakfast consisted of cereals(including oat meal), loaves of bread(still in their packages), juices, and coffee.  It was a good deal and we left happy.

Best Hotel to stay at

Good for an inexpensive place to stay, but furnishings and fixtures are old and worn, and rooms could have been generally cleaner.

If you just need a place to crash and sleep for the night it is fairly inexpensive and clean enough.
