We did not have the chance to stay there yet, but I wanted to recognize Ron & Toni for the great persons they are! We were stranded in the middle of nowhere after a car breakdown with no contacts (not familiar with the region at all), no proper phone service, and our luggage. We made it to the Okemo Inn to ask for help, and even though the Inn wasn’t open for the season, Ron very kindly picked us up and drove us to another motel into town. He went as far as to make sure we had a safe place to stay, a place to dine in and information about local transportation as well. I cannot express enough how lucky and thankful we were to cross path with Ron that day, being 2 tourists lost in an unknown area. This alone deserves a 10/10, and I am sure the Inn is run with the same good intentions and customer service in mind (we’ll gladly come visit next time we’re in the region!) Once again thank you for all your help Ron!
