Lakeview Inn Lucerne

We were pleasantly surprised by the property's cleanliness and safety (despite being situated in Lucerne, CA). The property was also very quiet, and the check-in staff was kind. Overall, we would return if given the opportunity.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The management was flexible.

Great place, nice staff. Old fashioned motel experience. Across the street from the park. Lakeview, near local attractions. The Foster Freeze a few blocks away is a must!

It was clean , nice and quiet. Everyone was very polite and friendly.

Nice little place across from the Lake, bed could have been better but other then that, it was a good place to stay

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is friendly. A the room was clean.

Clean motel on the north side of Clear Lake. During the day a bit load from traffic, but bt 10:pm all is quiet until morning.

I have no complaints whatsoever regarding this property.  The staff was friendly, wonderful and responsive.  The rooms was tidy and clean. The location was convenient.  Their rates are reasonable.  I want to make a point that they offer weekly rates which is a plus for me.   I will stay there again the next time I am in the area.

I asked for another set of towels. Never received it. The soap provided was a tiny little piece of soap. They turn off the tv in the morning the day we were leaving. I wanted to see the news and weather because I was coming back to LA. Was not able to get the tv stations. In general, the area is Ok for the price which is accesible. I was more satisfied than unsatisfied.

The room was a good size, had all the amenities you'd expect, and the decor was nice. The only issue I had was that some of the furnishings weren't in great condition. There were tears in the bedding, a smudge on the wall, and in the bathroom there was a floating shelf that drooped forward and was a little loose. The bed itself was higher in the middle than the sides, which gave me the feeling that I might roll off the bed, but oddly enough I slept through the night on it.So they need to update/repair a few things, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay and I'm very happy with it.

Let’s understand the baseline for my motel and hotel reviews.
I could care less about four or five stars.
Mostly I’m traveling and looking for a place to spend the night.
Highest on my list is ‘clean and comfortable’ followed by ‘price performance’
Clean is what it is. 
Comfortable includes that everything functions well – bed, bath, TV and these days Internet
Third thing is I want fresh air. So an opening window with a screen is also required.
It’s amazing how many don’t make these minimums
This one surpassed them all – Actually cross flow fresh air ventilation, a rare find.

Good as it gets

Over the last week, a huge portion of our family needed to stay at the Lakeview Inn for our wedding. 
This was a last minute reservation for 13 rooms, and it was made on extremely short notice due to our original wedding venue being canceled. 
While we were initially hesitant, it turned out to be a truly amazing experience. 
This is the most gracious and kind hotel staff I have ever met. 
Every time I thought we were asking too much, they came through for us. 
They were polite, accommodating, and truly kind to our entire family. 
In addition, the rooms are some of the cleanest we have ever seen. 
I would never hesitate to recommend others stay here.

We stayed at Lakeview Inn in Lucerne California and it was absolutely wonderful they have so many accommodations make you feel right at home and they're just wonderful people and wonderful accommodations I don't think I can think of a better place to stay thank you so much Peter and Marion like always we loved our stay Leon and Lorraine.(oh yeah when you visit try the electric boats on blue lakes just ask for the "Captain"  ;)

Best place you can stay

It was peaceful and quiet. The service was good. Cleanliness not the best but they are older units and they are working on fixing them up. I'm usually picky but I'm on a set income and this was all I could afford at the moment.
