Looking at the outside of the facility shows age and needs to be updated and modernized

There staff is the best its nice and peaceful . I would most definitely come again.

Our television wasn't working, so they agreed to let us move to the room next door.  That was the only issue, and they made it right.  The outside is nothing fancy, but the inside is clean and has the basics.  We had to ask for an iron and hair dryer, and they provided both.  Great location and friendly staff!

We stayed one night at this hotel while in town visiting a family member who was in the hospital at University Medical Center.  The check in was quick and easy.  Entry to the room was from the outside and we were able to park just outside our door.  This is an older place and showed it's age somewhat.  But it was clean and comfortable.  The reception on the television wasn't too good at times, but that didn't matter to us.  When we checked out we were going to get some ice for our cooler, but their ice maker was down so the desk clerk filled a bag for us from their refrigerator so we didn't have to go somewhere else and buy a bag.  The price was reasonable, it was comfortable, we felt safe and we would stay here again.

Comfortable Room

The room was nice. The front desk lady was not very helpful. I asked how the rooms are here? She says " I dont know." I ask if there are any bugs or roaches? She says "I dont know, never stayed here before." They wouldn't except Visa debit card, only major credit card. She gave me the key to the room and said it was on the other side of the building.  Come to find out, its right next to the office. She needs to learn to lie to me, give me some satisfaction for reserving a room at this location. Customer service needs work. Other than that, nice room and beds. Bad tv, but whatever.

Service is a little bit snooty.

Stopped over in this Motel after a long journey from South Texas and heading to Amarillo. Good comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. Pleasant and friendly staff with good facilities and services. Little hard to locate Motel, as this was my first time passing through this part of Lubbock. This proved to be  quiet and convenient location and also close to local business centres.

Place was quiet n peacegul but froont desk lady took job too personally. Was rude most of the times n never got a housekeeper to offer to clean our room

For the price, it was fine. Seemed clean.  Front desk person was friendly. Kinda noisy due to a busy road. Shady characters in the parking lot.  Could pull right up to the room so that was a plus.  Provided soap and shampoo.  Remote didn’t work.

The staff was rude while I was not even standing near the door to my room.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the room looks great inside.  Great accommodations. I would say the TV needed to be upgraded but that's it
