We enjoyed our stay it was quite, peaceful away from all the partying, beach was private not alot of people everyone was very nice and welcoming. Family friendly. Access to shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Location of my room being beach side,biggest plus of all no steps to get down to beach,step off level with sand patio,only way i can do it anymore due to knee replacement,Lori at check in was very sweet,helpful!!!!

Quiet little place out of the busy PCB area. Not fancy, but very quaint and great for families. Small, but equipped kitchen and great water pressure. Came for a girls' trip and the only time we left the property was to go snorkeling at the state park.

This place looks a little worn on the outside, but delightful on the inside. The staff is excellent and helpful. It was quiet at night too. Very family friendly and even had tables chairs and grills to use. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. We were right on the beach with a view to die for. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be booking here again!

Our stay was exactly how we wanted it… peaceful & beautiful. I believe we booked prior to the pool issue so was unaware that was out of commission until we arrived, otherwise everything was great. The beds are comfy and just mere steps to the sand. Super close to St Andrew’s which was on the top of our To Do list this time as we had never been. Just outside of all the hustle & bustle that comes with PCB. The outside is a little dated at first glance, but a fresh coat of paint would certainly fix that right up! The inside was nice, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for an older property like this. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, as well which is a huge bonus. We will certainly be back the next time PCB comes across our vacation calendar!

Nice Little Slice of Relaxation

This place has a heart. You get one on one dealings. They care and do all they can to accommodate their guests. We have been staying for years and feel like it’s family. The pea gravel is iconic. You feel like you step back in the 60s with the two story and wood plank upper floor. The rooms are simplistic but bright. Great AC and heat. I would suggest bringing extension cords and clothing hangers. And maybe a small table if you need a place to put your Knick knacks as counter space is limited. There is a kitchen dinette and most dishes are available. The views from any of the rooms is hard to beat and out does your 23 story condos. The beach is clean and not too chaotic even in the summer. Most attractions are close enough to endure the traffic but once you get back to Lolleye, you feel like your in a peaceful place.  The pool is across the little access type road (Surf). We love this place and know LOTB will find its way into your heart too.

We honestly enjoyed staying there more than our normal newer condominiums. The pool and beach are so close and the staff is amazing! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and laid back! Our new favorite place and i hate to say it but I'm a hotel/condo snob. We throughly enjoyed our trip and was pleasantly surprised! We will be going back.

Our room was very clean. Staff very friendly. Old school feel about the place. Not many electrical outlets. Bring extension cords and usb ports. Beautiful view, right on beach. Nice pool. Kitchen furnishings not much to brag about. Bring extra silverware, pots/pans, baking sheet, strainer, paper towels, and TP, unless you like sandpaper. etc. Loved my stay. Will definitely go back. Just bring a few things from home to cook with. The town is pretty spread out. Not much within walking distance, except for the beach. Nearest Walmart about mile and a half away for anything you need to buy. Parking is a bit scarce, but not bad. Jet ski rental right next to beach entrance. Wifi available but very weak Overall, it was nice and comfy, very relaxing. And reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing stay

The check in staff was absolutely delightful. I wish I caught her name but we chatted about Tallahassee (where we were coming from) and she lived in the same area for years. She went over all the rules and regulations in a respectful manner. The hotel itself was very convenient to the beach and had all amenities you could want. It's not the same type of property as the high rises but you know that when you book. The room was spotless and had all necessary items.

I love, love, loved my stay here. This hotel is usually booked when I'm looking for a place spur of the moment, and now I know why.  It is an older hotel, but very well kept.  Number 1 for me staying anywhere is cleanliness and Lollye was very clean.  The ladies I encountered at the front desk were smiling, friendly and helpful, which is rare in Panama City Beach.  And it is just steps from the sand and the ocean!!  Just a little note for the convenience of fellow travelers - because it's an older hotel, there aren't a lot of electrical outlets, so bring along an extension cord or power strip if you have a lot of devices to charge.  Other than that, you are good to go here!

Loved It

It's like motel 6 expect on the beach.  The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean enough.  The beds were not comfortable.  The main complaints I had are they did not provide any paper towels or other things would would hope to find in a kitchen.  And then there were the roaches.  It wasn't what I would call "Crawling" with roaches, but we saw them everyday in the kitchen area.  However, for the price we paid...it didn't really bother me.

They stay was nice, very good location. For what we were there for and the location it was excellent for us. Room was 90% clean Bathroom not so much found hair and dirty floor. Bed is old and a small sink hole in the middle but who cared by the time we went to bed we had a few beers in us. If i was going with my wife i may not stay here. But for the Motorcycle rally it was good as the location was great. No central heat and air but a window air conditioning unit this lets you know the age. Price was very good and the next time for the bike rally will i stay there yes i will, just hope the beds are new.

We enjoyed our stay at Lollye’s! Anything you need for preparing your own meals is furnished, 2 queen beds plus a daybed/trundle. We literally walked out the door of our room and maybe 10 yards to the beach. It was very quiet while we were there, but it wasn’t a busy time, so it may not always be that way. We had no issues, but I feel certain any problems would have been easily resolved as the owners were easily accessible.
