This place has NO internet but advertised wifi in the description.
We planned to stay 3 weeks and immediately reached out to the Vacasa Team and they did acknowledge the issue and moved us within the complex to another condo the next day. 
Aside from the no wifi, the biggest issue we found was the bedroom curtains are too small and the bedroom sits at the front of the condo and the outside entrance lights shine in. The one night we had to stay while they found us another place it was sleeping in the daylight regardless of the time. The sliding patio door has a piece of wood used as a stop in it. Neighbour said they made it for someone staying there before because patio door doesn’t lock proper. We found this out after staying the one night. 
Dryer didn’t work that well. We cleaned the lint trap (I guess someone finally had to) and it seemed a little better but it doesn’t dry well. 
We were in this complex (different unit) 3 weeks and the entrance gate didn’t work almost half the time we were there. 

Other than that, the location overlooks the lagoon and condo itself was clean, but we would NOT recommend this condo.

Unit 201 No Internet

Myself and my best friend choose to go for trip for our birthdays.  We had 1303A and the room was extremely small.  It was hard even finding our room, because there was no numbers on the buildings.  We finally found numbers on the parking lot.  Once we got in the room, we noticed that the paper towel rack was coming out of the wall, and the towel rack in the bathroom was coming out of the wall.  One of the electric outlets in the main room did not have a cover.  Worse of all was that it’s had an ice maker, since it only had a dorm room fridge.  But when we opened it to make ice, the inside looked like it had not been cleaned in months.  It was disgusting.  No way would any person use that to put ice in their drink.  It only had small trash cans.  If you are staying there for week like we did, you barely had one trash can to put stuff in.  It would benefit from a larger trash can.  There were holes above the curtain rod that were never patched.  This is a place where we will NOT be staying again.

The room is small and won’t be back.

I planned to stay for the winter for the first time. I rented a condo here at St Thomas square and it was nothing but a lie. There is No heated pool, the security gate Does Not work stayed open the entire time I stayed. The lighting around the buildings is poor or not working at all. I did not feel safe there. the unit I rented did not even provide usable pots and pans. There had not been renters since July 2020 yet I found food stuck onto carpet in the bedroom and when I needed a blanket the same food/candy was stuck on the blanket. Cleaned I do not think so! The Plaza was being revamped not revealed until after I was renting and as as result 3 weeks into my stay I was bitten by "a bug" that caused an allergic reaction where I had to seek medial attention. Whether it was bed bugs or not I am not sure but I moved out immediately as the owner pf the Condo did not believe me. Yes all issues were addressed by the owner but no resolution was ever given. I received barely one third on the monies I spent to stay there and was only able to stay 29 days out 94 days that I paid to rent. The Condo Property was not clean is there a management company on the site who knows. Do not stay here it is not safe and definitely not clean!

We stayed in condo #210. The condo had roaches. Also, we were given 6 towels for 5 people for 5 nights and only one trash bag. The condo was hot even though the a/c ran the whole time we were there. Overall, we were not happy with our stay in PCB and definitely will not stay in this condo again.

Terrible condo !!!!!!!!!!!

Small but great for 2-3 people (4 max). Our room looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and the owner was thoughtful, extra blankets, had a lot of dishes (pans, drink pitcher, silverware,...). The location was great as well, across from the public access (#24), next to restaurants, family attractions, and bar&grills. 
I highly recommend this place for couples or small families. 

Couple Vacation on a Budget 

Not beach front but a great clean, quiet and centrally located place to stay. We only stayed one night since we arrived early for our beach front stay at another condo. Two car passes and pool passes were waiting in our room.

Probably the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in.

I liked the gate security and at first, was impressed with this condo. The toilet ran & we couldn’t fix it. Called manager & maintenance never came. We were there May 21-25.  On the 23rd my friend suddenly fell through the dining room chair! She had a hard time getting out and was severely bruised. We notified manager, voice mail and got a call asking if we took her to the hospital?!
All the chairs needed 4 screws and 2 had only 2, one had 3 and mine had 4!
Now, if made a reservation on a studio for 8/30-9/2 & need to cancel. I spoke to person and was told about their non refundable policy, but, I could cancel & if it was reserved, I wouldn’t be charged. But she never cancelled or relisted it!
Plus, they claim the fee went up because I deleted a 44.00 damage waiver fee costing me 250.00 deposit that I’d get back after I left or she could re-add the 44.00 fee and refund the 250.00; which I agreed to.
It was never done.
Now I’m battling it out with them through the BBB & Florida State Attorneys office.
If they’d listed it it would have been reserved by now!
Their management SUCKS!

Condo 1203B

The property is nice, clean and quiet.  However,  my room was not at all acceptable.  One would assume that a bed would have a mattress.  My so-called bed had no mattress  instead it was a large piece of foam,  like you would find inside your couch pillows!  It was awful!  I strongly urge anyone who is going to rent from The Inn at St. Thomas Square to make sure your "BED" has a mattress!

Good Location, Awful Accomodations

We spent four nights in an old room, whose cleanliness was questionable, the air conditioning was terribly noisy, and the window overlooking a dark gallery, with a bathroom that didn't have enough hot water to take a little bath.
