A good stay still close to the island. Perfect if you dont wanna be in crowded areas but still want to go to the beach. 10/10 would rent a room again

A very good value. Room was clean and neat.

Quick service, staff was very helpful in securing another stay.

Reception person was extremely helpful even though they're was a misunderstanding and the Room was clean and excellent. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed overnight to watch history in the making with the Starship 5 launch. This place is perfect for that as it allows easy access to the very south of south padre island.

Everything was great especially the mattress it was very comfotable only thing was the floor was dirty coming back next month. The pool was great.

Love this place. Great value and clean, nice owners.

I have passed by so many times. I really regret not staying here sooner. They have really updated it and the pool and property are meticulously cared for. I really enjoyed the waterfall at the pool and sat for two hours at sunset into the dark enjoying the breeze.A lot of refurbished motels still have grungy bathrooms etc. but mine was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Property was very convenient to Walmart, fast food places and felt safe. Will absolutely stay here many more times.

So well maintained!

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a clean and comfortable motel in such a small town. It had all the convenience of an old-fashioned tourist court--that is, you could drive right up to your room--but with up-to-date amenities like great TV and internet service, and a handy charging station built into the bedside table.

This very accommodating family-owned motel saved us from personal disaster during the present weather-related crisis in Texas.  We were able to secure the very last available motel room in our area, which prevented these Winter Texans from having to sleep in our car for 3 days. Saved By the Room

Reservations found by friendly front desk staff. Checked in & got key early even though room wasn’t cleaned yet which worked for me because I was going to a rodeo/concert and would be getting back to room very late. Clean! Comfortable bed. Nice shower head. Lots of hot water at good temperature. Lots of places to plug in phones, CPAP machines and laptops. Plenty of room for suitcases and any other gear you might have. Refrigerator working/cold. Ceiling fan PLUS great air conditioner which is vital in southern Texas :-)

Solid Value Small Inn

We had a wonderful stay, Dave and his staff never fell short. They were very accomidating with oour needsas we were down there hunting for several days with trailers and gear that stayed outside, they never fell short and none of our stuff got messed with. The rooms were cleaned every day, not like some hotels where if you stay for a while they only come in every other day. I would definitely reccomend the Fresnos Inn

Great Place

I recently stayed at this motel during a hunting trip. The room was clean, fridge was cold, and the shower water was hot. I had a two bed room since my brother was on the hunting trip with me. I had no issues while staying here and felt comfortable with my vehicle parked outside that it was safe. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Nice plase to stay

Quite nice reasonable cost Inn, good location for me. Close to Padre Island and Laguna Atacosa NWR. I suppose the location is not the best for business travellers, but good for holiday, my focus was in nature and birdwatching. Very friendly and helpful guy in reception when checking in. Room was ok, and the pool in the middle of the buildings looks goods, unfortunately no time for that this time. There was some renovation ongoing, causing some noise in the middle of the day (evening and night quite peaceful).
