Staff members are very friendly and helpful, from the front office to housekeeping and maintenance. 
One front office staff member, Johnny, has gone the "extra mile" to assist.  Being disabled and having difficulty walking, Johnny has come to my aid every time he is able, helping me up and down stairs or to walk to the office.  His generosity and helpful attitude has blessed me and has made my lengthy stay safer and better. 
Only concerns are the bugs that are in the kitchen, bathroom and nightstand. They're drawn to water and the electrical outlet; and shakey wifi. Wifi VERY slow and sometimes takes hours to log on, especially at peak times.

I just have 1 thing to tell everybody dont waste your money in this place everything us in the worst condition that you can imagine dirty as hell   even the courtains, also the room smell as smoke even the 1 star is much for this place.

Worst place i've stayed ever

Hotel was great! Close to almost everywhere in LA. We had an awesome experience. It is cheaper then most places. There’s a nearby donut shop, Mexican restaurant & a 7 eleven. Can’t wait to go back next year!

The place is alright if you.are expecting a fundamental room. Its to some degree clean aside from the cover which is old and super terrible, following 20 minutes without socks on I.noticed my feet got darker and awful. Its a protected and calm, and alright at the cost in the event that you dont mind dirty.feet or demolishing your socks. the showers water weight is low so a decent shower will take twice as long.

I am an Los Angeles native and had to stay in hotel for almost 6months due having to leave my old apartment sooner than I had expected due to poor management.  I ended up stayed at literally every hotel from Calabasas to Sylmar to Hollywood.  I WISH I had found about Studio 6 in Van Nuys sooner beacuse I wouldve tried to stay there the whole time.  All of their rooms are really nice and newly remodled.  The maids come daily and do an excellent job.  What's best about this spot  is that they dont ever raise their rates or try and scam u for a higher price which most hotels try and do to the native guests   The manager Johnny is the ultimate best and is perfect at making sure that the guests remain safe and welcomed.  I recommend this hotel over all others in the area and its the only one that also has check out at noon so you get more for your money plus a manager that actually cares and wants your stay to be the best!!!!
