Best Western San Bernardino Hotel

Look like the pictures which was good. The bed was comfy and the rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom shower was good and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I was expecting much less for the price I paid. The room was very nice for the price. It was clean, comfortable and the bed was a dream to sleep on. The only thing I did not care for was beyond their control - California’s water conservancy resulting in low water pressure showers. I come from a state that doesn’t have those requirements.The staff were ALL amazing. The breakfasts were good. The parking was safe. I stayed four nights and I will stay here again the next time I have to go to that part of the country.

Great Deal For The Price

I flew to San Bernardino in the saddest of circumstances…. A very dear friend was dying… he was staying in a bear box hospital, so the location of the hotel was perfect… in case I had to Uber my self to the hospital . I found the accommodation great, my room was clean and so comfortable…. The freeway traffic noise was not too bad… specially when the ac was running. I made an observation about my body wash… nearly empty and it was corrected immediately. The staff was very lovely in the breakfast room and even when I was looking forward to eggs and some bacon or sausage…. The available items were more than adequate. Kudos to management for their personal attention and    Caring service during my 4 day stay. Will definitely be returning to this hotel!!

Profesional and caring

We stays overnight the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean however after walking around the room for a few minutes barefoot. My Feet were black. Also the bathroom door has a security feature (I think) that doesn’t allow it to stay open.  If someone is in the bathroom and someone else on the bed trying to talk to you. They can’t hear you. It would’ve been nice to have a door stopped to slip under to keep it open.  Overall the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good! Typical free hotel breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, toast, you could make waffles.

This hotel was very nice. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure your stay is good. The room was especially clean and the bed very comfortable. It is located next to the freeway so you might hear some noise.  The morning hot breakfast was adequate and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

One night stay very nice

Easy check in and nice room.  My only issue is that my room faced the freeway and the constant sound of traffic made it hard for me to sleep.  If I stayed there again I'd ask for a room facing a different direction.
