Our fifth stay at the Palazzo over several years. Another excellent visit with friendly and professional staff. Nice room overlooking the pool and the strip. Only a few minor issues to resolve: 1. noisy construction in main lobby 2. many hot tub jets inoperable on the pool deck. 3. housekeeping could improve their attention to detail on cleaning. These comments apply to most of Vegas.......overall pricing has really gotten out of hand in addition to outrageous tipping demands. And PLEASE get rid of the "resort" fees. What an insult to your guests. Highly recommended the Palazzo and will return again.
