I recently stayed at the property for the first time. I was so grateful for the front desk employee named AMY. She was AMAZING! She changed our room to accommodate my husbands mobility scooter. Made sure it was on the main level so we didn't have to deal with maneuvering the elevator and directed us to parking that was more convenient. She continued to be helpful throughout our stay and was very pleasant. I had interactions with other staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel but I have to say that AMY really went above and beyond in the scope of customer service. She was friendly, problem solving and acted like she was ready and willing to assist. We come to Vegas regularly for work and fun. We always stay at Marriott properties. We will come back to this property because of our positive experience. Hopefully we will get to see AMY again!
