This is a wonderful place to stay when you are visiting Lakeland. Clean every single time I visit. People who work here are always friendly and helpful. Close to Tampa and Orlando. The free breakfast is always nice and coffee is good. Waffles too!

This was our 5 consecutive visit to this establishment.  Staff members never cease to serve us with great hospitality.  
SMH @ Mr. J Sadler one of the managers. When i tell you i have NEVER experienced customer service and hospitality to the level he exemplified for myself and my family.  Mr Sadler sacrificed his time, gas and money for me. Stood in expected traffic with a great attitude to ensure my package that was shipped there was taken and shipped to me. Its so much that was involved that it would be too much to write. 
All i can say is his level of professionalism and service was  Beyond Approach!

The nicest amd most courteous staff, very clean and homey environment. The staff found out it was my birthday and sang Happy Birthday to me!!! I feel som welcome, every staff member knows my name and makes me feel welcome!

Nice quit location. Very well kept and clean property. The staff was very help ful and friendly.
Each room is set up like your own apartment , and they have a nice laundry facility. Also a nice work out center and a out door pool.

Traveling from Orlando to Tampa and wanted a place to relax. Surprisingly our room was upgraded to the 2 Bedroom!! One Bedroom had King size bed, TV, bathroom with tub. Second Bedroom had two Queen Beds, TV, bathroom with shower. Living room had sofa sleeper, and full kitchen. Lots of room to stretch out and relax. Staff was super friendly and very clean. Kids loved the outdoor pool, property was had great curb appeal. Comfortable beds, air conditioner worked very well, and buffet style breakfast just opened back up. I would stay at this location again, and honestly if I could I would only book at Staybridge suites from now on if I could. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

REALLY nice room and a very convenient area.  This was my first time at a Staybridge and I'm wondering what took me so long to do it!  It would REALLY be a great choice for a longer term stay--I almost wished I'd be there more than the one night.  When in the area I'd definitely stay again.  It was a little too expensive to have my 2 dogs along with but that's because it was only one night--otherwise you pay the fee and it's the same whether it's a week or a night.  That would be my only complaint tho, it was a great stay!

Travel with a pet and COVID-19 restrictions concerned me but our 18 night stay was great! Everyone was very friendly and made my dog Sissi feel like she had a dozen new besties! The girls at the front desk always took the time to give Sissi a little lovin...especially Cindy, Jessica, Jaz and Mia! Mia also was very good with my husband to ensure the flowers he had delivered were placed in my room before I arrived on (Valentine's Day) and he still talks about her and her customer service! The maintenance guy Alex also took time to greet Sissi daily if we saw him as did the housekeeping staff.
The happy hour gal was always super nice and Charlotte always made sure we started our day with a great breakfast and a smile. We have ZERO complaints. Our room was very clean was extremely comfortable for our extended stay. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites in Lakeland at the airport!!

Staff was very courteous & professional! I stayed here at the beginning of COVID for a couple weeks & it was amazing! Hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and safe. Medium-firm king bed with fluffy bedding & pillows was like sleeping on a cloud, best part no bedbugs. Kitchenettes were some of the best in long term stay hotels I’ve seen. They provide almost everything from dishes, utensils, to soap, rags, dish brush, DW detergent & all. They have BBQ grills, pool, FREE laundry which worked excellent, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy. AND they offered grab n go brown bag breakfast! Thanks Staybridge Suites I’ll be back!

Front desk manager "Angel" lived up to her name because she made simple every task that was creating confusion and anxiety. We checked in on New Year's Eve and there was a scheduling conflict with a neighboring hotel that was also owned by the same company. Angel made a 1st floor room available to us and got it cleaned in record time. Angel also pulled together a terrific snack & beverage event that evening after the regular manager had decided to forego having any evening repast at all. The room we enjoyed was immaculate. the facility is located adjacent to the Lakeland airport and it is very safe. The full-menu breakfast in the morning was perfect and I told the gentlemen that prepared it exactly that. The "only" negative of this property is the dish washing machines which can plainly be heard in the suites immediately under the operating machinery. Thank you Angel & Will for doing your absolute best to provide exceptional service during a personnel shortage created by the holiday.

Amazing product. Only 2 years old, starting to show use in some areas though. Loved the breakfast attendant Alejandro and the overnight guy Dan. Both are tremendous assets to your property. Room was huge and supplied all we needed. Keep up the good work. See you next time we are back in the area.

We are great fans of Staybridge Hotels, but not this one. Prior to COVID we had stayed here. This current 3 night stay, well, we couldn’t wait to leave. The room was dirty; we dusted everything upon entering. Bed stands also were covered in hair. We arrived exhausted after an international flight and were just too tired to ask for a different room. Overall, the room, 322, where we stayed is worn and not adequately cleaned. Breakfast was tolerable but the social hour food is nothing but cheap carbs. We will look for alternative lodging when in Lakeland.
