Nice clean hotel, walls a little thin. Called front desk about kids running back and forth in the room above me, they addressed the problem and things settled down for the rest of the night. Bring shampoo and things, this is mostly a work or long term hotel in my opinion. I would stay again, close to lots of things to see and eat.

Nice little get a way

I am an insurance adjuster and I was covering Hurricane Beryl. I spent my first couple weeks in the area at an extended stay America in Sugarland, which was pretty much trash. This Woodsprings was close to my claims, so I called them and asked if I could take a tour. They showed me the rooms, and although they were a little bit less money than the one I was at, they were 100 times better. Everything is in good shape and kept up. Every day after working I would walk into the room and I would be so thankful that I was in a nice, clean, well-kept place that didn't cost much.

Service desk was courteous and check in was fast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable but could've used another pillow or 2 as they are very small. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, but ask for another soap. Only got one for 2 persons to wash hands and shower. There was no breakfast items, but not a concern for us. This is a no frills hotel, but would definately stay there again if in town.

Pro:  I really appreciated that the property was very pet friendly.  Lots of real estate to walk the little fur babies on and around the property.  Very clean.  Security was high on their priority list.  Very quiet, friendly check-in, and obviously well maintained property.  The Room A/C units were quiet and very powerful! Th beds were comfortable with nice sheets.   Con:  the "free" internet was completely useless i.e.  you had to upgrade to a paid service during the stay (an additional $6.99) if you expected to get any business work done.  They didn't have complimentary pots/pans (so we unexpectedly had to run to the local Walmart).  No coffee maker in the room (but there is a Buc-ee across the parking lot) - its the small little inconveniences that kept this from being a 5 star review.

Extremely clean place. Professional and knowledgeablestaff. My only real complaint is that there was no soap. Throw in a little bit of hand soap and a lil more than 1 little bar of body soap. Other than that the parking lott was well lit and easy to get in and out. Worth the stay for the price, just dont forget to bring your own soap haa.

This property was very clean and the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have a lot of amenities which is the reason for the low price. It doesn’t service breakfast but their coffee is super good. Honestly far beyond what I expected from a machine. They do have some amenities that you have to ask for such as a blowdryer but we didn’t know that until we were leaving. If you don’t plan on hanging around the hotel (as we didn’t - this was a trip to hang out at the beach) this is perfect. You can prepare food with the stovetop and full refrigerator and microwave. Makes for a perfect place to pack a picnic for the beach. We highly recommend it.

The lady at the front desk was not very welcoming or friendly.   She made us feel like it was an inconvenience to her that we were staying there.  It was an extended stay place and we were only staying two nights.   The room itself was alright and was comfortable.   There is nobody at the front desk after 10 pm so you need to plan on checking in before then.

Short stay at extended stay

The overall stay was great! The room has a stove to prepare meals but they did not have any dishes or pots and pans just an option to purchase for an additional price. There was also no iron and towel replacement was available upon request. I chose this hotel because of the price and the kitchen but wasn’t aware I had to bring my own dishes! Also only given 1 small bar of soap for 4 people good thing I brought my own. And there is no pool only a workout room.

Very nice room but…

Safe and Nice place for extended stay.  Friendly staff.  Local restaurants and grocery stores.
