Well needed get away...it was quiet got a lot of rest

Stopped there because of the big snow. Manager was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The room was very clean. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating.

Can’t go wrong with the price; the staff always welcoming; the room was spacious and comfortable; the in room microwave a convenient money saver; plenty of parking and felt safe with comings and goings on property

You get what you pay for. Very outdated and barebones facilities. Staff is good and helpful. Location is good considering proximity to highway and restaurants. IHop is just next door!

The staff was very accommodating as usual, we were able to get quarters from the front office to do our laundry, which they had 24 hours washers and dryers on site that worked very well. They even have vending machines with toothbrushes, shampoos, detergents etc on hand. I even needed sugar for my cereal and they gave it to me! Again, very accommodating and money well spent, we will continue to stay here every time we're close by. You won't be disappointed 😊

It was decent. Outside seemed a little rough but the room itself was clean and comfortable.

With a little more effort outside around the property you could be rated higher.  For instance there is a grill laying on it's side by the backdoor that was there on my last visit in exactly the same position.  Little things like that would make the outside better.  All in all it is obvious that you are working hard to make this a nice place to stay.  Thank you for all your efforts.

I like the front desk service and I have been here many times but I do wish the rooms where better cause the sheets are really stained and I dont have but 2 really small pillows that was stained and flat and the heat and air wouldn't work right and when I cut it on it made a loud noise so I couldn't use the heat and I had some bugs in my room but over all it's not that bad but it could be a lot better if housekeeping really did the cleaning the right way or at all !

I want to thank all of the owners,staff at Motel 6 Lafayette pkwy.Lagrange,Ga. They are very helpful, very kind. Our room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.  Sam and Dave are the best. They reach out and help in anyway that they can. My husband and I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and customer service.  Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

CHECK IN was fine. It took a little bit, but my timing was right in the middle of a shift change, so I was totally understanding as someone who has worked at hotel front desks before. There was slight confusion regarding my reservation, but the error appeared to be on my part. Not a problem and it was resolved. The room itself was fine, exactly what we needed during our stay. We did spill some water on the blanket, however, and needed a spare blanket. We asked around 5PM, but ended up leaving for dinner after waiting a bit and not getting one. When we came back, we asked again for a spare blanket and the manager ended up finding one for us and kindly asked that I go to the front desk to pick it up. The room amenities were nice, including a really cold AC to keep us comfortable during the hot weather, but most noticeable was the little USB ports for charging devices all over the room. Very handy! Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was nice, including a lady who helped us with breakfast suggestions. Went to the Fried Tomato Buffet up the road for breakfast one morning, went to IHop (right next door) the next. We ended up booking a second night because our plans changed, and the hotel was accommodating. There were some interesting characters staying at the hotel, but they all minded their own and caused no problems for us. On the day of checkout, we asked to leave at noon instead of 11 and this wish was granted by the GM, but when I passed a housekeeper and let them know about it, they said we were not allowed to check out late. I confirmed the late checkout with the GM, and we had no issues. On checkout, we stripped the beds and bagged up the trash for housekeeping and then turned out keys in. Overall, a nice stay. I will definitely return to this property on future visits to LaGrange!

Memorial Day Weekend - May 2019

Room was very big, but only one chair at table.Fridge works, didn't try microwave.  Overall we would stay there again.
