The beach house was twenty steps to the beach. We arrived to be greeted warmly by the owner ( Eric ) and to make sure we were comfortably settled in. The house has two large rooms upstairs and s sleeping room. The downstairs was roomy with den area dining area and nice kitchen with all amenities ( great stove ). Great views from upstairs. Large patio for coffe and sunset dinners in front. Awesome bar b que we used often. In the garage we had all beach equipment ( umbrella , boogey boards , cahairs etc. ) at our disposal. We loved Pacific Beach and this beach house is the place to experience it. We are defiantly going back for seconds.
