Motel 6 Knoxville, TN

One of the nicer Motel 6s I’ve been to.  Staff was really nice.  Room was spacious and well-kept.

I stay here all the time here all the time. For the money its perfect

The staff was wonderful, very kind and friendly.

Convenient area, there is a good Mexican restaurant across the parking lot room was adequate.

Wonderful stay. Very ckean room and very friendly staff.

My mom are actually still here. Just paying weekly. We have been in four other hotels and this one by far is the best one. The staff is great! These are hard times and my mom and I are looking for a place to live and the staff is so understanding. Looks like we will be staying for awhile at least after the New Year. Have to get out finances in order. Overall a great place to stay especially if you need extended stay.

Nice property, pool clean, quiet at night

The front office staff were friendly as always as we book frequent overnight stays. The room was clean, smelled nice, and was in good condition. Plenty of towels. I appreciate having the mini-fridge in the rooms too.

The  people were friendly and accommodating.  The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.  The bathroom was fine, but the shower curtain did not keep the water off the floor.  The walls were thin, so I heard some noise from other occupants, but not bad.  The neighborhood was not attractive, but I didn't feel unsafe.

For a Motel 6, our stay was pleasant. I was personally slightly disappointed on not having a tub as I'm pregnant and wanted to soak after a very long drive. The pretty granite marble stand up shower was very nice and clean though. Water was hot and the pressure was great! The towels were very tiny! I normally don't have any complaints with beds but this one felt like it needed to be removed as it had a hump in the middle. Everything was clean. The smell was a little off putting as it smelled like dirty fabulouso but that doesn't make or break the deal. I was very creeped out with the massive amount of Halloween decorations in the lobby. I think that was a little over board. We had a microwave issue one morning and they fixed it quickly while we were away. The one downside is the room were we in faced the interstate so the traffic noise was quite loud.  Overall for motel, our stay was great.

Pretty good for a motel.

The facility was very convenient to what we were staying in the area for and to numerous shopping and eating options. It was good for what we were needing the room for but it could use some TLC. The blankets had holes in them, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room was to be non-smoking. For being able to have our dog with us for this trip and the pricing was great compared to what other places were offering.

Our trip was for a family emergency which ended with a funeral. The staff was very friendly and excellent at trying to accommodate for our family's needs. Only complaints would be that rooms need updated and need to have handicap accessible rooms for guests with special needs who require a full-time caregiver.

Friendly, reasonably-priced accommodations for unexpected, necessary trip

I was extremely pleasantly surprised about this location. Not trying to be labeling but most Motel 6 have a reputation not so well. But this location is not in the negative categories my opinion. The rooms are clean well-maintained and modern. The staff is respectful well trained and down to earth. The price is the best you're going to get when they do not require a deposit and they do accept cash!! I highly recommend anyone to give this location yours business because it's well worth it.

Don't judge a book by its title

Had a very clean room. The staff was very kind and courteous during our stay. Right off I-40/ I-75 in West Knoxville. Was close to many places for shopping and eating. Room rates were very reasonable. Check in was quick and easy and pets stay for free. We will continue to stay at this Motel 6 whenever we come through Knoxville, TN.

Clean room, great staff and great location

Very convenient to get the hotel in area near job. Clean room and bed was clean. I enjoy staying here bc where it’s located. I like staying here and will continue to.
