Stayed here many times before the renovation work. Very nice upgrades and super quiet unlike most places. Will return for sure.

Clean hotel conveniently located close to the highway exit/entrance.  Nice shopping and dining areas in close proximity.

Cleanliness, pet friendly, convenient to dining, shopping, Neyland stadium.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were welcoming

Clean, which most important. I like the shampoo dispensers. Wifi was spotty, elevator indicator lights are messed up. The amazing, included breakfast makes up for everything. Also really nice lobby if you need tkget out of your room and hang out there.

We come to Knoxville every summer and usually stay at a neighboring hotel. Since last years stay was a disaster, we chose Hawthorn Extended because it was in the same area. Check in was very quick and easy with a very courteous. The room we chose was very spacious and had anything anyone would need for a lengthy stay. I gave 4 stars on property conditions because the elevator seemed like it could break at any moment.They do have a full service breakfast which is something I’ve rarely seen in even more expensive places.Will make this our spot every year moving forward if it remains in this condition.

Just a little out of the way from downtown Knoxville, hard to get an Uber IN to town, out was fine :)Really nice stay all around!

Lobby was clean, room was clean, they accommodated an early check in. The only issue was the elevator kept shaking, it probably needs to be serviced.

Great stay

Clean with great breakfast

Although hotel facility may have been upgraded, the restoration seems very low budget.  Both elevators made screeching noises when stopping at floor.  This was unnerving. Some of the towels were paper thin showing signs of wear.  Same with the bedding. Staff was very friendly and facility was impeccably clean.
