Amazing staff! We stayed in the River Run Dakota Lodge which had a heated pool for the kids and hot tubs for the adults. It was a quick 5 min walk to the gondola, groceries, and restaurants. Kids 2-day, full-day ski school was effective and gave parents time to ski. 

Loved Keystone Resort!  Great food options, so many fun things to do - and so easy for our large group to divide up and then get back together.  Clean, safe, and incredibly friendly staff. We stayed in River Run Village in a 2-bedroom condo (Dakota). We had ski lockers, 2 hot tubs, heated pool, sauna in/outside our building. Underground parking, and less than a 2 minute walk to a grocery store, food, ski shops, ice skating, it goes on and on. We used the spa for massages - INCREDIBLE.  We went to the Nordic Center and rented cross-country skis/took a lesson, my sister got married at the Keystone Ranch.  Beautiful inside and out - the food was fabulous as was the entire staff.  The ceremony was outside with the view of the mountains.  We have been skiing several other places and they cannot compare as far as a resort - was perfect for our entire family!!

We just returned from a week stay in Keystone and had a wonderful time! The condo was cozy and warm. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for a family of four. We rented the one bedroom condo with the Murphy bed and it was perfect! Our condo was in The Springs. The pool and hot tub area were great too! We had to sign up and it was only us and another family out there at the same time.  We will definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a couple day stay in Keystone and had a wonderful time! The condo was cozy and warm. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for a family of four. We rented the one bedroom condo with the Murphy bed and it was perfect! Our condo was in Exposition Station. The pool and hot tub area were great too! We will definitely stay here again. The only negative thing I will say is don’t eat at the Kickapoo Tavern, the service was good, but the food was not.

We had the privilege of staying in a friend's condo here at River Run Village. The area is fantastic, and though most is still closed for COVID, it should be opening up soon.  The facilities are beautiful, location can't be beat. Highly recommend! In winter, this would be ideal for accessing ski runs.

We had a wonderful experience at The Springs  in Keystone Village. Our condo was perfect for the six of us, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, for two couples and two children. 

The location was ideal for ski school for our 5 and 8 year olds. The location could not have been better. We stocked our condo with breakfast foods so we could arrive at ski school at 9:00 and not feel rushed. It was a smart choice. We did eat dinners in the village. There are many choices of restaurants. 
However, there was a long wait at most of the child friendly restaurants. 

Thanksgiving Dinner was very good at the lodge. However, there was a shortage of bussing  staff so we had dirty dishes on our table from appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts plates. This really did not enhance our dining experience. I suggest that the lodge make sure that they have proper wait staff for a more pleasurable dining experience. 

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The question over Thanksgiving 
Is if there will be snow for skiing. We were fortunate and had snow and sunny days. We also enjoyed the Nordic Village for snow shoeing. We had to take the complimentary bus to the Nordic Village but it was fast and very convenient. We brought our own equipment but there is equipment rental available. The staff at the village was fantastic. 

We look forward to spending more Thanksgivings in Keystone.

Just a stones throw to the Gondola, walk up to the patio door rather than through the rest of the lodge to get to your room.    Excellent view of the mountain.   Gas fire place. Super clean and great beds.   

The only negative is the check in process.    No on-sight check in.   

We booked through keystone condos and got to stay at Silver Mill Condos at River Run. It was a beautiful condo with a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and gas fireplace was easy to use. The convenience of being able to walk to the Gondola and park in the underground garage was perfect.

This is a great area to eat, shop, or just hang out, it is close to base of mountain  and nearby ski school and summer entertain area for kids. Several good restaurants and shops, nice sitting areas with fire pits. Is near to ice skating/mini golf, as well as various lodging in River Run.

We had a recent stay at Red Hawk Lodge in Keystone, Co and it was amazing. We drove in from Louisiana to participate in the Keystone Bacon and Bourbon Festival and the whole experience was amazing. The resort was get, the shopping and dining in River Run Village is conveniently located within walking distance. The gondola is close along with walking trails. Our family/work trip was one of the best we have had.

We booked a condo thru Airbnb and we’re pleased with the accommodations. The unit was well equipped and the bed was great. We stayed in Silver Mill and it would have been better if there was someone to help us find our unit and learn about the amenities available. This could be because we were here off season or maybe because we booked through Airbnb? It would have been helpful if there were some brochures or info in the lobby.

Thanksgiving ski family fun

Title says it all... They've got plenty of room, comfortable furniture, a fire place, and  descent kitchen.  The suite was clean, though a little worn--but not much.  Maintenance seems to be doing it job.  though not a ski-out, the location is close to the slopes.  This was our second time there.  I'd stay there again.

The resort was close to the slopes. It was spacious, warm and clean.  It was quiet and comfortable. There is a $35 daily fee that is extra that ended up being $57 with taxes and surcharges. I felt like this was dishonest.  I also asked for twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and was told that I could have that but when I arrived at our room it was not so.

Very nice resort but their were hidden fees.

The dishwasher was broken, it was impossible to reach anyone to come service it. I finally called the phone number for an emergency and spoke to Security. They sent someone to fix the dishwasher, but told me never to call them again.  The other way I contacted management was to literally drive to the check-in office.  Otherwise it was all voice mail, calls not returned,  
Two different people came out to look at the dishwasher, and no one fixed it. No one followed up. Doors, etc. pretty beaten up, they were rips in the carpet, & a broken lamp in the living room.
