Clean. Friendly, helpfull staff. Great location, half block from Duval Street, 1/2 mile to Hemingway house. Continental breakfast. No parking but staff very helpful with parking, and allowed to stop outside for unloading/loading. They even have a small happy hour every afternoon - vodca and juices.

Perfect location just steps from Duval St. Drew was the perfect host giving us tips and suggestions. Our room was downstairs right by the breakfast buffet which could be loud in the morning. The breakfast was great and got us thru to dinner. We would definitely book this B&B again.

This review is mostly about Drew. He checked us in, helped us park, booked us a restaurant and kept on making our visit easier and better. In an era of sterile no service hotels, he was a breath of fresh air.
The rest was great too: location, wine hours, breakfast outdoors on the deck and a nice room.
Happy to stay there again.

What a lovely place! Just a couple of blocks from Duval. Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms had everything you need and are very nice and clean. Plush towels and linens. Breakfast was perfect, and the afternoon wine and snacks were a nice touch. Enjoyed sitting on the porch while having breakfast. Has a bed/breakfast feel to it. We parked several blocks down for &15/day and it was really no problem at all. We will definitely stay again!

This was such a great place!! Drew went above and beyond every day! So friendly!!!Definitely when we come back we are staying here! Loved the "Happy Hour" very quiet and conveniently located to Duvall St

Very quaint house that is in a wonderful walking location to attractions, restaurants and bars.

Employees are so kind and helpful. Very cute place. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The location was prime, the room was clean & the staff were one of the best. Our room was on the first floor and directly facing the street, so it was a bit noisy during the night - but an earplug fixed that issue.

Had great stay! Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. They were very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice inn, great service!

If you're looking for a place to stay near all the fun & shops, this is definitely it! The best part the bed was very comfortable and all of the staff were delightful. We found our new place to stay when visiting Key West. The only con of this place is they don't offer onsite parking. So be prepared to spend anywhere from $15 - $60 for parking.

Highly Recommend!

The location is excellent and the staff friendly.  They give a complimentary continental breakfast and happy hour which was a nice surprise. The rooms were spacious which can be hard to find at a guesthouse in Key West.  The only negative is there's no on site parking and parking in the area isn't the easiest to find.

Great staff and the staff was very knowledgeable of “Best Of” locations and restaurants. The building itself is very old and although it has been nicely remodeled it is an old building and is showing its age. Doors stick and floors are not level. It was a Great location and fun was right around the corner! Loved it and hated not say good bye!

What a luxurious experience in our suite. Everything we needed or wanted was provided from comfortable bed and pillows, spacious living room, adjustable  climate control, refrigerator, microwave, clean towels daily, breakfast and happy hour. The front porch is a quiet space to enjoy as is the tree deck. The location of the Guesthouse is perfect! Close enough to walk to any sights or restaurants, but off of Duval so one can get a good night's sleep. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect spot to stay in Key West

The property was very clean and well kept. It was so convenient to many locations in Key West - Duvall Street, the fort, historic area. The breakfast was good - a typical continental breakfast - fresh croissants from a local bakery, yogurts, cereal, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The public areas (upstairs porch, outside front porch, and backyard patio) were very nice and comfortable. We ate lunch on the upstairs porch twice while there. Our only complaint, which is why we didn't rate it as 5 stars overall, is that the front bedroom is very noisy as it faces the road. We heard many vehicles, trash trucks, mosquito spraying, street cleaners, and guests talking on the front porch from our room. If we stayed here again, we'd request a room further in the back of the building.

We absolutely loved our stay at L’Habitation! The location is perfect, right off Duval Street near all the shopping, dining, and bars. The included breakfast had some delicious croissants and coffee from local places, and they also offered free Happy Hour drinks in the lobby in the afternoon. The staff was great - very friendly and helpful!

We loved this place. It's half a block from Duval St, and yet it was quiet 24 hours a day. This place has all the charm of old Key West, yet is modern and comfortable. The room was very comfortable. The upstairs patio was delightful for breakfast. The Front Porch was great for a game of cards, and people-watching. But the best thing about this place is its staff. Destiny at the front desk went far above and beyond several times for us. The first night she steered us to the sunset on the harbor, which was amazing. She gave us tips on where to go, where to avoid, where to get help, and where to park. All that with a friendly smile and kindness and warmth. Marisela in housekeeping was also friendly, and our room was spotless. This place still does your room daily, unlike the big hotels. AND, next best thing is, the price was better than most chains or fancy guesthouses.

A jewel half a block from Duval Street.

It's a very nice, small guesthouse in a great Key West location. Our room was big enough, with a king bed and two comfortable chairs. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars has nothing to do with the place itself - because of the location, it was quite loud in our room (located at the very front of the building) when the trash truck came through at 6:00 a.m., and then delivery trucks started coming shortly after that. If our room had not been one of the ones at the front of the building, I think it would have been much, much quieter, and I would have given 5 stars. We will definitely return, and will just ask for a different room next time.
