The hotel has fabulous people working there, all very eager to please, very customer-focused. Right downtown, within walking distance to the riverfront, Reds and Bengals stadiums. Many restaurants nearby, art venues, bars. A vibrant downtown! Hotel pros: centrally located, clean, comfy beds, customer-friendly employees. Cons: $28/day valet parking only, rooms are clean but slightly dated, no safe in the room. A good stay here for the $$.
