We booked this hotel  thru expedia and they gave us a handicap room by accident, we asked to be moved  to another king room but were told they had no more. When we asked about a double queen they said it would be another $40.  So we ended up staying in the handicap room with nowhere to sit not a single couch just a chair and a desk. They were unwilling to help us out in anyway. This is the hotel staff not Expedia.

Horrible customer service

We wanted a hotel close to shopping and restaurants for our stop between the coast and Montana. I don’t usually stay at Quality Inns and normally stay at hotel with more stars but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For a great price, we got a large room with two king beds. It was very clean throughout, Two elevators made it easy to access rooms and social distance. The only complaint I have was that the family above us either had a dance team rehearsal in their room or simply let their kids run and jump well past 10 pm.

Surprisingly Great!

The rooms are dated but clean. It could use a refresher but a great value for the area. They do their best to accommodate you. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The price is good for what is offered. They still serve a hot breakfast although modified because of Covid-19. Overall a good stay.

Nice for the price

I AM HERE BECAUSE OF WORK. Therefore I have to be able to use the facilities wifi service for work and entertainment.  It is unquestionably the worst i have ever encountered. It is supposed to have a screen that pops up an you acknowledge the terms. It never comes up. 
On the 3 or 4 times it has worked, I noticed ut had a timer, maybe that is it. You use your 5 minutes then it locks you out for  months. I have ask repeatedly for help, but no one seems to know anything.
Very disappointing since it is advertised as part of their service.
Like telling a six year old you have a pony and it turns out to be a picture.
The people are nice and helpful . The rooms clean and the facility in good shape for a 50 yr old building of throw away commercial design. I have used choice hotels exclusively for many years. Their strangle hold on the owners of these facilities is the worst I have ever seen. Like this crappy mandated internet. The owners are required  by Choice to use it so it can dig through your personal information in the background. 
It's a Poor way to treat customers.

Wifi Does Not Work,

I’d give no stars if I could. My daughter, dog, and I stayed here on 8/30/2020. I had issues with my credit card, so I put a $250 cash deposit on the room. The next morning I was charged over $100 for a stain that would need “deep cleaning” on the comforter. Seriously who charges over $100 to deep clean a comforter, you could buy two brand new ones at that price!! When trying to discuss the issue the front desk girl and housekeeping staff began talking in Spanish to each other so I couldn’t even understand what was being said. I’ve never been charged for a stain on bedding at a hotel EVER nor have we charged a guest (I’ve worked at a hotel for 3 years) for a stain. I would not recommend anyone stay here, and because of this experience I will never stay at a choice hotel again!

Worst Hotel experience EVER!

We booked an accessible room months in advance, phoned to confirm, got there they gave us a suite, that was not accessible, changed us to an accessible, which wasn't, not a roll in shower, standard toilet and could hardly get my chair through between the bed and the tv unit.  TV didn't work, they couldn't fix it, and the breakfast was terrible.  Never have had hard scrambled eggs before.  Staff was very unfriendly, also booked for another night on the way back, same issues except this room the AC wouldn't shut off and it wasn't working.    I love Quality Inns but will never stay in this one again.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in

This facility is nice, clean, updated and reasonably priced. It sits back from busy roads so it’s very quiet. Within walking distance are numerous places to eat, shop etc.  it has nice outdoor pool during season and also an indoor pool and spa. A nice outdoor seating area outside the indoor pool. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location near anything needed

We had gone over for an afternoon of shopping and   dinner we did not want to drive back home  the Quality Inn was clean an comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the location was great it is right across from the mall

Overnight in tricities

I selected this hotel based on other reviews. I was not let down. This hotel was very updated, clean, quiet, good location in city. The lobby was clean, spacious and inviting. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, with sitting chair, desk, refrigerator, microwave,  coffee pot with coffee and tea, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Sleeping was a dream. The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the areas of the hotel. There was always hot coffee, teas, and ice water in the lobby for guests. There was an indoor pool and spa for tired bones at end of day. Best of all, the room rates were extremely reasonable - nothing else in the area that was similar was priced as well. Hot breakfast was included in the rate. If you want breakfast there, my only complaint was that it stopped at 0900, and sometimes hard to get downstairs at that time. Also, if you get there after 0830, you might not get some of the preferred items for breakfast, and they don't seem to replenish these things once they are gone. I think if breakfast runs til 0900, that items offered should be available to all guests no matter when they arrive for the breakfast hours. I think breakfast should run at least until 0930 to allow us to sleep in a little before having to drag yourself downstairs to eat. My mother, who came with me, is 88 years old, and there was no way I was going to get her up and running that early - all dressed and ready to go before 0900. Staff was kind and allowed me to bring some food in our room for her. But this is not generally allowed, so they made the exception. I would stay here again.

Great Hotel surprise

The hotel is located in a quiet area and within walking distance of several restaurants.  Our room was very clean, too.  The entrance up to the hotel is a bit deceiving and you need to pay attention as it is the second entrance.
